Nice little kitchen with 2 stoves, fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and coffee machine. One of the beds was good, good hot water, reasonably ok fan/heater

One of the beds had sunk and the springs were weak, looks like time to replace. The worst part was the wifi signal strength. Roku TV was hit and miss with poor wifi signal. Very slow wifi upload/download. I think, room is supposed to have cable TV too but could not find any connection/box.

You could tell the rooms were recently updated. We liked the clean and spacious room with a mini kitchen with frig but my husband says it's "just a room" (no pool, broken soda machine, small reception area). Affordable compared to uptown prices but we still paid close to $300/night. We flew into Phoenix and took the Groome shuttle to Sedona and had to rely on local transportation. Luckily, a shuttle travelled on road to/from shopping centers and it was only 50-cents for seniors and $1 for adults (no transfers). Local diners nearby but pricey (but this is Sedona). 1/2 mile was the Safeway mall and famous Sedonuts (lines out the door from 6am to noon or until they sold out). 2 convenience stores nearby: Speedway gas station had a mini market that sold hot dogs, snacks and beverages. Circle K had other snacks, frozen foods, beverages, etc.

Wonderful welcome with lots of information and pamphlets provided, and our questions answered. Very, very helpful owner/manager. As we were celebrating hubby's birthday, we were gifted a wine bag, a wonderful thought! Motel was nice and quiet and we had a great night's sleep. Had a nice kitchenette which we didn't get to use as we only had a short stay. Plenty of towels, face cloths etçad free toiletries. Loved the body lotion. Close to mall and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again if we ever visited sedona again.

The vanity was outside the bathroom which weren't used to being from another country. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever!

- The US road-side, motel-type experience - Excellent location - Good sized, comfortable room - Surprisingly quiet for being near a main road - Excellent bathroom & Kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave & coffee machine), with excellent coffee.

- Check in was from 15:00, but room wasn't ready at 16:30. However, the Inn staff showed excellent customer service by providing a complementary bottle of wine for the inconvenience. - There weren't any cupboards or drawers in the room to unpack clothes.

To be honest, my daughter and I weren't planning on staying in Sedona. We did the reservation when we got there, but it was a great surprise. The hotel was really clean and the personnel was really nice. But the best thing was the view from the backyard of the room. Staying in Sedona was the best decision ever. There is no way to describe how magical this place is. My daughter described it as the real life Radiator Springs from the movie Cars, because the red rock mountains were just like the ones in the movie. Every street, restaurant and mountain was beautiful. We really enjoyed staying here and we will definitely come back.

The communication was fantastic. I was able to easily chat with them through the booking app and in person. We were even welcomed with a gift bag for our birthday! Slightly after hours we were locked out of our room but the sweet lady from the back still helped us get in! She definitely didn’t have to and we appreciate her. They had nothing but the BEST customer service all around.

Only dislike we had was the parking is a little cramped but we have a massive truck. Any normal compact car would have no problem, we know for next time!!

Hope, the owner, was so nice, super helpful and just a pleasure to get to know. She told me about how they remodeled the place a few years back and you could tell they got it right. The rooms where very nicely done, so much so that I turned one night into three. She helped me extend my stay and have me the best room with a private balcony and an awesome view of Thunder mountain. Nothing was too much trouble for her or her staff. I'll be back again and again!

The location on the main busy road through Sedona had me doubting the peacefulness of my stay, but it was great. The room was large, and even had a little back deck. The energy was really good here. The front desk staff gentlemen and the lady as well were absolutely kind and helpful.

The property is a bit older so when people upstairs would start moving around early it was a little noisy on the floors but nothing drastic. No real space to take dogs out except sidewalk.

bathroom: the light switch for the upper light is from the strange side of the door. I had to come into the bathroom, closed the door and only then couldn get the light switch. The light on the mirror also is confusing: it needs the light switch to be turn (the mirror has different light switch from the upper light)

In all honesty, I would say never judge a book by the cover. When you roll up on the hotel, the exterior has the "old motel" vibe. However when you open the door to your room...wow. Mostly updated and almost retro vibe. A vintage style refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and wall mounted soap/shampoo dispensers. The shower was a walk-in style shower with great water pressure. If you're in Sedona and don't want to pay the over the top Sedona prices, book a room at the Dreamcatcher

I think the only thing I experienced that could have been better was my visit to the ice machine. For whatever reason, it wasn't working or was in between ice making cycles. Other than that everything else was great
