I thought the breakfast was good. Thankfully it came at 8:30 cause we were ready to eat long before 9am. The location was super convenient. The a/c was fantastic, that was especially nice in August. The room was charming and romantic. We had a nice getaway. Eureka Springs is a lovely town, and the roads around it are a blast.

The shower was a bit awkward to get in and out of. Only the main rain head worked. I tried all the knobs. Of course the main head was the most important. The shower light and the toilet light are on the same switch. The bottom switch on the left of the sink where you'd turn on the shower and exhaust fan doesn't seem to do anything. Maybe have the wiring at that switch changed so the toilet and shower lights are on their own individual switch. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would be nice. The bedroom door cannot close over the threshold for the carpet in the bedroom.

Breakfasts were very good. I had ask for gluten free, which they advertised they did on request. Every breakfast had something with gluten but something without too. The location is within walking distance to Main Street, which was nice because parking is very limited. Rooms were clean the AC works great.

A bigger ice machine for the guests would have helped. There is only a cabinet top machine in the office entrance, enough to fill 2 tumblers for drinking. The parking is a little difficult, but you do have an assigned spot. You just have to maneuver into some of them.

The Robert Louis Stevenson room had everything we needed. It was quaint, creatively, decorated, and supplied special indulgences, like robes and cookies. The Jacuzzi tub was fun, and the cozy fireplace with a rocking chair was an added treat. The front porch was a great place to enjoy the wonderful breakfasts.

There was a unpleasant odor when you walked into the space. I’m guessing that there has been some humidity in the room. Once you got in there, you didn’t really smell it. Even though the bed was comfortable, it was a little bouncy when your partner moves.

The entire stay was wonderful! A beautiful room, perfect location, helpful, unobtrusive staff. Breakfast delivered to our door was hot and delicious! Staff communication was very good. So much better than a standard hotel and very reasonable rates. Only minor complaint is our breakfast was the same both mornings. According to the menu, it was supposed to be different, but we didn't really mind, we just wanted to try something different since the breakfast we had was so good! Will definitely stay again and refer family and friends!

Overall this was a fabulous stay. Very cozy and beautiful place. Great location right behind the start of the main strip of downtown. Very quiet. Bed was quiet comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was early and very filling. Would stay here again.

Parking was a tad tight though everywhere in Eureka is. Despite a mini bar in the description, it lacked that accommodation, though they did provide a bottle of champagne. The bedroom possibly had a light above the bed at one time but twas missing during our stay making the lighting in there a bit dark.

We stayed in the Emily Dickenson Suite. The location can’t be beat! Feels serene and private, yet across the street are stairs that take you into the heart of downtown. The breakfasts are phenomenal and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, quaintly decorated and having Alexa continuously playing smooth jazz throughout the weekend made us feel transported back to a romantic, bygone era. We had such a wonderfully relaxing time and hope to return soon!

We loved it all!

The location was great! The room was clean. Close to Trams. I am hoping I can book again if there is one without so many stairs. The owners were nice on the phone. I wasn't sure about self check- in, but we did it, and we are in our 60s and 70s years old.

The stairs, but that is part of it, and we managed it. There needs to be a way down the balcony with roll-out stairs in case of fire. Just an oberservation. Need to clean vents and paint them.

this place had such a homey feeling and was so peaceful. it was perfect for our honeymoon . we loved that we didn’t have to drive other than to go out to the zoos and caves ect. there was tons of restaurants, coffee places, and shopping stores to walk to. we even had the cutest squirrel that would climb up our balcony in the mornings and evenings. there’s such lovely people all the way around and the views are breathtaking in the fall.

we loved everything and thought it was perfect!

Great location close to downtown Eureka Springs. Grateful for a parking space next to the door of my cottage. Bed was very comfortable. I liked the access to Alexa. Beautiful decor. Nice big bathroom.

Not a complaint... just a suggestion... hang a pretty tassle from the bottom of the ceiling fixture in Emily Dickinson's bathroom that's long enough for tall folks to notice and not bump their head. Again... not a complaint.

Loved all the unique decor and location. The breakfast they served was amazing, and a great add on. We stayed in the Robert Louis Stevenson room and they even had books written by him in the cottage. It was a great time and we loved the location and the set up we had especially for the festival. In downtown but away from all the crowds. The beds were absolutely amazing as well.

When we arrived, it was really confusing mainly due to the minimal parking. But again it is Eureka Springs. The room was beautifully decorated, however we didn’t have any ice bags and there was a bunch of water left in the ice container when we arrived. Not a big deal, however trying to locate and run the ice machine was interesting. 😅 The bathtub does drain water so you do have to keep filling it up when or if you take a bath. Other than those things, it was a great time.
