This was one of the BEST hotel stays we've ever had. The room and bathroom (and shower!) were super clean, the bed & pillows were so comfortable, and the A/C worked great!! From check-in, where Adrianna was very friendly to the included breakfast, which was delicious (best biscuits & gravy!!) - everyone was very accommodating. I actually saw someone testing the water in the beautiful pool at 8am...This will be the only hotel I stay in when returning to Hot Springs.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. I could've stayed another night and just stayed in the room and at the pool.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to the entrance of the family room. The room was very large, neat, and clean. My 2 teenagers loved the amount of space in the living area and the fact they could close it off. The pool was also clean and linens were provided and refilled when low without asking. The location to the Casino was also great.

My first impression when we pulled into the hotel was we had the wrong location. The outside did not completely match the pics. The outside is a bit run down along with many of the businesses in the area. My family was upset for my booking choice until we walked in the room. Even the side of the Casino we could see looked like a warehouse. The breakfast was one not great. My family did not eat it the second day. The bacon was good but the powdered eggs and potatoes had no seasoning. We decided to eat at the water park instead. The shower was a tight fit but the water level was great.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to help when a companion hurt herself, they actually led us to the emergency room. We will never forget their concern and caring helpfulness. The breakfast staff always greeted us in a happy, cheerful way every morning. There is nothing we could ever say to disparage the staff.

I cannot think of anything that would have made our stay better other than their being more handicapped parking at the breakfast place. Our room was too far for one of our companions to walk so we drove around to where we needed to be to eat breakfast.

If you're coming to Hot Springs for horse racing at Oaklawn Park, this place can't be beat! Directly across the street from Oaklawn track and casino! Just walk across the crosswalk (and there's a light and traffic actually stops!) - no hassle with finding parking or battling traffic - and much cheaper than the Oaklawn Park hotel! This hotel is also a very convenient drive to downtown Hot Springs and all the tourist attractions. Also, the cafeteria style breakfast was fantastic and the serving staff were so friendly!

This is a typical Best Western hotel - comfortable, clean, and safe, but nothing fancy.

The staff were so so so friendly and sweet. From check-in to check-out they went above and beyond to answer my questions, offer helpful info, and provided little extras I had forgotten like toothpaste.

The only thing tough thing about this property is the entrance and exit. Understandably, Central Ave. by Oak Lawn is crazy busy, making it hard for guests to get in and back out of the entrance to the property. But the proximity of the property to Oak Lawn is one of its main draws, guests should just be aware that traffic is crazy during peak hours and there is only one entrance and exit.

The staff! from the front desk to the general manager to the ladies in the kitchen at breakfast to the individuals cleaning the rooms and doing maintenance on the property. Not one person greeted us without a smile. it was SO refreshing! The breakfast is delicious! bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy! Plus cereal, milk, fresh fruit and yogurt. The room was super clean and the bed very comfy! The room had a mini fridge and microwave. There is also a laundry facility and a dog park on site.

It’s a little sketchy trying to pull out onto the main road from the parking lot.

They had a great breakfast with eggs, skillet potatoes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and many other selections. There was a full selection of beverages, both hot and cold. The food coordinator was efficient and friendly. The hours of operation ran until 10am which was very convenient. The bathroom was handicapped accessible which was very helpful. The bed was a little soft but still comfortable, with nice pillows. Staff was polite and informative.

I'm sorry the pool wasn't open, but since it's March that was probably due to policy. I don't know what is in the area, but there was a fair number of vehicles with sirens passing by. Again, this would be out of the local proprietor's control.

We are traveling around the US Rock Hounding and mostly camping. We reserved a room with BW Winners Circle based on 2 reasons. 1. Fur Baby Friendly 2. The breakfast reviews. And let me tell you, we were in for a surprise! The room was incredibly clean. I love hotels that have a small sitting area to eat or do work. Ours was a bottoms floor, way in the back, No smoking King. It had a small table with two chairs. The bathroom was super clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and plenty of HOT water! The toilet had some rust around the bottom and the caulking needs to be redone and it’s kind of wobbly. The bed was so comfortable! Pillows too! It was very quiet and no complaints about any traffic noise, or people or dogs. Now let me get to the breakfast. Not only was it hot, delicious & plenty of things to choose from. ALISA & JULIE are the kind of people I love to meet while traveling! These 2 ladies whipped up biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes & eggs. AND they chit chatted & visited with us the entire time. Getting to know us, where we are from , what we were doing. Once they found out we were Rock Hounds, they gave us so many tips and pointed us in the right direction for some deals. This is the type of service that is hard to find in America anymore. OH and the front desk staff were incredibly professional & friendly as well. We may swing back through Hot Springs on our way home to Minnesota and if we do. I already know where we are staying!

Very friendly staff. they hook you up with pillows. Great breakfast, front desk will literally help you with whatever at any time, not to mention they serve each person with a smile and it doesn't seem forced or faked( like they actually like their jobs). Pool is nice and clean, stocked with ready to use clean towels AT THE POOL SIDE .Will for sure stay again on my next trip here.

The beds were a bit more firm than I prefer but not to much to be a deal breaker. Plz start making scrambled eggs over the round egg. Like have it optional since ppl really do like to use it on biscuits but most want scrambled even though they are tasty 😋. Would still stay again and again.

The Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. We felt like the AC wasn't cooling great the first night, we let the front desk know via text and we had three people in our room ASAP. Robert was particularly helpful and he checked on us a few times through our stay. The main Manager was fantastic as were all the Staff. Get ready ya'll, that breakfast is fantastic with the most wonderful group of Ladies taking great care of everyone. Anytime we stopped in the office for towels or whatever, we were given whatever we needed with no hesitation. Above and beyond, that's the service we received. The room was comfortable, the beds very comfortable.

This isn't really anything bad about the hotel itself, as they could do nothing about this. The sun beat down into the bathroom through a high window, it was so hot in that bathroom. Maybe this could be controlled with a shade of some sort, but this doesn't represent the Management, etc.
