Location was great, great access to restaurants and activities Staff was nice very friendly

Ice machine was broken

Shower was very hot and powerful with a large spray pattern. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Not the Hilton but for the price, it was better than some others in town. People coming and going in the middle of the night and talking can be easily heard outside. If you're a light sleeper, that might be an issue. Otherwise, a great option for a cheap overnight stay.

The heater was kind of noisy. At least it worked though. It was 30* outside so it needed to run fairly often. It turning on and off frequently along with being somewhat loud made it hard for me to sleep good. At least it worked and kept it comfortable.

The room was clean. After my encounter at the hotel down the road, I immediately checked the entire room for bugs. I found none. The bed was clean. No stains or anything (yes I pulled back everything). Bathroom was clean, floor was clean, I felt comfortable and safe here. Connor at the front desk showed great customer service while handling a lobby full of travelers. He did it quickly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again.

Bathroom door could be replaced. There was a foot hole and the lock looked like someone pryed it open. Apparently at some point there was a situation there. The water temperature in the shower was not steady. It fluctuated from cold to hot. But honestly wasn't that big of a deal for me.

It was a good time close to everything we did

Didn't like the fact the ice maker didn't work but the guy at the front desk was nice and helpful and the sheets had stains and blood

Its location is easy to find and local to where u can walk to eat pizza and hear lots of music and enjoy yourself and walk back to your room !!

I liked everything that’s y we keep coming back and staying with only yall

I’ve enjoyed staying at this facility for the last 4 years!!

i don’t do well being upstairs do to my disabilities and my partner will b 65 . I never dreamed we would b on 2nd floor top of steps heard everything and the sink faucet was messed up as well as the shower was but other than those 3 things it was a great stay as usual and especially with Hot Springs being full !!!

The cost of the stay was great!

Our room was never cleaned, bed wasn’t made and we only got towels if we went to the office and asked for them. There was no information in the room on continental breakfast, TV channels, local restaurants, etc.

this is the best motel/inn we’ve been too. much better than Red Roof or Super 8. clean, tasteful, ridiculously accommodating. management owns the hotels nearby and they are so nice to let us use their laundry facilities. the employees at the front desk were fantastic. particularly Destiny, who has helped us all through a difficult time. we had some issues not related to the inn that Destiny really accommodated us on. best motel/inn ever.
