When we arrived to the hotel, we were welcomed by a guy name Casey. He was a great help. Our tv was not working, he immediately came to our room to fix it, he switched remotes. He made sure there was nothing else we needed. The location is perfect. Around most of the restaurants. It was very quiet, no noise in the hallways nor outside the building. When I walked in the hallway, all I smelled was cleaning supplies. The rooms were VERY CLEAN. The bathroom was VERY CLEAN. The beds were comfortable. The floor was SPOTLESS. I would most definitely stay here again. Great room for cheap price.

This hotel is in a very good location. I really liked that the hotel floors were wood/laminate and not carpeting. The bedding was excellent and we all slept very well.

The walls are thin and someone started tromping down the halls about 5 AM 🫠other than that, the pool and some other things look ran down. For example, some of the maintenance doors were propped open to the hallway with fans in them. It just appears that some things need to be updated and taken care of which is more of an owner issue and has nothing to do with the current staff who were all very friendly.

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable which is really my number one concern when staying in a hotel. Tile on the floor in the room makes me feel less like a thousand other feet have walked on that floor, since it's easily cleaned. Each staff member I spoke with were pleasant and helpful- they have a really good team! The Wi-Fi was perfect never lost connection when we needed it. Good breakfast options, yummy coffee! Only 15-20 minutes of a pleasant drive to downtown Hot Springs and the hiking!!

the lobby was a little worn as was the carpet in the halls, but all the areas were clean.

the indoor pool, the in room spa, the continental breakfast, it was super cozy, and they have freshly baked cookies everyday! The location is perfect! i will be staying as frequently as possible!

just one staff member was quite rude on saturday aug 24th, she was very hateful to a couple of people that tried to enter the dining area a few minutes before she had everything ready, and snapped at them about it not being time for breakfast to be ready yet. the vending machines and ice machines were down, and we couldnt get both room key cards to work at the same time,other than those minor issues, everything else was perfect! I enjoyed our stay very much!

We stayed in the hot tub room. Despite some reviews we read, we had a pretty good stay. The hot tub was nice. The pool was nice. Room was clean and the air stayed nice and cold. There were complimentary cookies in the lobby which the kids loved (as well as us :) ) the elevator was not working which was a pretty big inconvenience considering we had some heavy luggage but all in all, would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good too

The room, hotel and location were all great. Right off Central and close to everything we needed.

Despite the fact that we had the DND sign up, housekeeping kept knocking on our door and trying to come into our room when we didn't answer. It was incredibly annoying and the front desk person wouldn't listen to me when we checked out. She just kept saying, I know, I know.

The breakfast was excellent. Eggs, Bacon, Potatoes, Waffle maker, Pancake Balls, etc. The room was very comfortable, quiet, felt safe. VERY clean, smells clean all the time. I have no major complaints about staying here and will definitely stay here again. The wifi was super fast and reliable as well.

The bed could have been a little softer, if you are a side sleeper, it is kind of rough on your ribs. But the 4 large pillows on each bed is great. The TV is also a bit small for a room of this size, but for comfort, it hit all the marks.

Our room was very clean, pool was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and restaurant next door had excellent food for lunch or dinner.

No hairdryer in the room, but we managed just fine without it. The pool was a little smaller than most, but the family still enjoyed it. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but everyone else seemed OK with it so that's a personal opinion more than anything.

Really, and it's not a complaint, but the breakfast was not keto friendly. The only thing we could have was the eggs. If there were sausage or bacon to go with the eggs, then we could have eaten there. Mind you, the waffles smelled GREAT as we stepped from our room, but that only tempted us. Lol

The breakfast, but would like to have had turkey sausage, or turkey bacon because we don’t eat pork products. But the cleanliness, courtesy of clean towels every day, access to everything stores, restaurants and grocery store if needed.

The pork products, we only eat turkey, beef or chicken products for breakfast, one can ask during online reservations, short simple questions about breakfast foods. And try to accommodate if possible. But nothing outrageous. Just simple questions. But what we ate was delicious and sufficient.
