It was clean and very pretty

I booked a handicapped room as my husband is a amputee and in a wheelchair. The bed was too high and he could not get into it, he had to sleep sitting up in a chair all night, and it was not a recliner. When I went to tell them they told me there were no other rooms available and we would have to stay in that room. Also, it had a tub and not a roll in shower or a bench to get into the shower. Someone needs to address the handicapped facility. I was very disappointed by this, to say the least.

I liked the area of the property and place was clean enough.

we booked a room for 4 - 2 queen beds. we were given a room with one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. sofa sleeper was not made and no sheets or bedding was found in the room. front desk got us what was needed and offered to have room service make the bed but we declined and made it ourselves. upon entering the hotel there was a pile of booths and tables in a little alcove where I guess there was renovations happening. that was off putting but if renovations were happening, we weren’t bothered by them at any point.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast provided plenty of options.

There was no conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower and the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work. I brought it up to the front desk attendant at check out and she said she would see about getting that fixed.

The bed seemed to have a pit in the middle of the mattress. Nothing serious but it made it feel like we were rolling towards the middle a bit.

Room/parking area very clean. Breakfast was typical and could have been hotter.

Entrance to main parking lot is on a curve/rise in the road & makes it difficult to enter the property with an obstructed view of oncoming traffic. Outdoor seating away from the pool is needed.

Everything was perfect for our stay, just wished it was longer. We will definitely be coming back!!

it was easily accessible and very clean.

the trash cans were very small and overflowing after 1/2 day. the toilet paper was very rough and almost transparent so you had to use a lot at a time

Passing thru area on road trip. 2 nites to see area. Great location for our needs, view over entrance ( for a Californian- green!). Great staff. Large comfy room 404 could use another chair. Met my criteria of well lit, counter space, shower.

After 2 mos, really tired of this type of breakfast but adequate. I mentioned that both mornings the cooked bland (missing salt) oatmeal was almost cold. The pot was off at 8 am. She was sweet and didn’t know. Remedied?

Nice comfy beds. I loved the large whirlpool tub in our suite.

breakfast was a little lacking. also did t help when the cook didn’t show up one day. we ended up eating out for breakfast that morning.

Everything was lovely, the beds where comfortable, the breakfast was good also

Only thing I didn't like was when we came in the second night the front desk clerk was rude. Didn't say HI back and turn her noise up at me and my mother. That was very unpleasant
