friendly staff, good breakfast... location. we were there while it was decorated in fall, and got some good family ops, and then the day after thanksgiving, we got some good pics, with the grands and the christmas tree and deco... thank you!

i had a suite, the floors were nasty! they need to be mopped!!!!! we could not go barefooted at all... had to have shoes on to go from the bed to the bathroom! we had to take a wet washcloth to the bed with us, to wash our feet b4 we got into the bed... it was that bad. AND, the 2 luggage rolling carts, were NEVER available for us...

The breakfast is always excellent at Best Western. The hotel was decent especially for the area. The front entrance was nice and the lady at the front was especially kind.

The floors (grout) was dirty and it looked especially bad around elevators. Carpet in room was a little worn/dirty. We stayed in a suite but there was a spot light that was pointed directly in our room. The blackout curtains did not fully shut so this is a problem for those who need darkness to sleep.

This was a wonderful surprise! My room was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, had everything I needed, including a walk-in shower, which was great considering I have recently recovered from a broken hip. Not having to climb into a tub was a definite plus! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the Marion Arkansas area and needing a peaceful night’s rest! I look forward to visiting again!

Breakfast was cold waffle maker and toaster didn't work. Hot water was cold. Very disappointed in breakfast

Morning manager was coughing and sneezing everywhere in the lobby and didn't wrar a mask. Very sad

The room was great, I liked the first floor, but it was for those that had pets which we did not have. There was no pet smell which is good because both my wife and I are allergic to cats. We had no after effects.

I am glad we could stay with Best Western. I am definitely going to stay again with BW. When I booked the room the web page did not say anything about the room we had was a pet friendly room. That could cause someone some health issues. It needs to be fixed or have a better appearance that is visually noticeable. Thanks.

Hannah at the front desk in the evenings, and the other young lady at the desk in the morning are absolute rays of sunshine!! Pleasant accommodations and comfortable beds!

We’ve been to this location several times and they’re complimentary breakfast is good…if you don’t mind a flexible start and early clean up.

The property was well taken care of and clean. Every staff member we came in contact with was kind and helpful. The breakfast bar was hot and fresh. Our room was a decent size and was clean :)

The directions once you got off the exit where confusing and the floors had a film on then that was tacky. So they were clean but also felt not clean.
