Full breakfast. We went down to breakfast 15 minutes before the end and the eggs, sausage and links were full to the top. No one here went hungry. Very comfortable bed. Everything looked new. Plenty of parking. Strong wifi. An extra light switch for the front entry way by the bed. I have never seen that before. Elevator, we were on the 3rd floor. The staff were very nice about the fact we checked out a little late. Someone called from the front desk "Are you checking out today or staying another night." We were returning home from a long 14 +trip so we were not moving very quickly.

The indoor pool looked a little smaller than the photos. The room was warm, but the pool was a little too cool for our older bodies. I think it was a salt water pool as advertised. That is interesting. The sign saying that pool towels were available at the front desk was inside the pool room.. Too late to find that out.

It was extraordinary to be greeted by name by a staff member who hadn’t even met me. I asked her “did you just say ‘Good Morning, Mrs. Smith?’” She said yes, and I asked how she knew my name, and she said “I know all our guests names.” You can’t top that for service. All the staff I encountered seemed to care that much about the experience we had. Traveling with the dog, we do quite a bit of LaQuinta-ing. Best LaQuinta EVER.

Nothing. It was wonderful to stay somewhere where the staff took pride in the presentation they were making.

The bed was very comfortable and there was a good selection of TV channels. The shower was great and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good! It offered sausage gravy biscuits, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage (just OK), waffles etc. The coffee was not hot. The front desk staff was very friendly especially Tyessia. Easy off and on I-40!

There were so many dogs!!! Even in the breakfast area! We love animals but always prefer a pet free or at least pet limited hotel. Hard to find anymore!

For those of us who are pet parents, eating a meal can be a challenge when on the road. This location had a restaurant next door with takeout.

It would have been nice if picnic tables could be available near the pet relief area and the grassy areas could be closer to the doors. With the triple digit heat the asphalt can quickly burn paws and picking up large dogs is not an option.

Room was clean and very roomy. Location was nice and it was quiet. I had heard that Memphis and West Memphis were not safe areas, but the location felt secure and safe.

Breakfast was just okay. I have had better at other La Quinta locations. Eggs were lukewarm at best and selection was was lacking. Staff was not welcoming or friendly. Efficient and quickly checked us in, but I don't recall her welcoming us or even smiling.

The location was easy to get to coming from the west. Not quite as easy from the east, but GPS got us right there. Having cracker barrel next door was a plus for our evening dinner. 10 minutes to downtown Memphis, perfect!!

The breakfast was my least favorite. The eggs were runny and the sausage was cold and shriveled up , but it could have been turkey sausage I suppose. The banana was great quality.t

The facility is placed off of the highway which made it a convenient stop on our travels. It is standing by itself in a quiet area, well lit, with plenty of parking. Facility is very clean and smells great. The room was clean and thermostat is fully adjustable and cools as low as 60 degrees. Bed is very comfortable, pillows are very soft. Best sleep I’ve had in a couple nights. Pet fee $20 which is amazing. 10 minutes from downtown Memphis.

Breakfast hours were closed before we got out of the room. Nowhere to purchase snacks or drinks (that I saw). Bathroom was clean but not as modern as the rest of the hotel. Staff got the job done but wasn’t overly warm or friendly.

We really enjoyed this property. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the property itself was clean. It was also dog friendly. This is a property that I would visit again.

Being in West Memphis, there was a lot to be desired as far as safety in the surrounding area. One needs to be very vigilant with and attentive to their personal safety. That said I did feel safe on the actual grounds.

Breakfast was hot and plentiful, selections were reasonable and coffee was hot and good. The room was a nice size with a wonderful shower. Staff were courteous and friendly. Several restaurants were nearby for dinner.

There's construction around the property; view will be better once that's all complete.

The location. The building was very nice and clean. The rooms were nice and pretty.

Kids in pool without parents. They were playing rough and didn't care how loud they got or who they splashed Also didn't like that a staff member walked out threatening to shoot the place up.
