comfortable beds , very clean , great staff with good cus service

The breakfast staff was great and she spoiled us with great food. The room was luxurious and comfy. Probably more room than we needed for one night, but it was worth it to have that extra comfort to propel us on the last leg of our journey. Check out was easy to understand with the attendants helpful. The bathroom was beautiful with high toilet and walk in shower.*

Check in was a little weird: as the attendant keep complaining that she was hung over.... The cleaning staff were running and jumping on each other in the halls so I wasn't sure about staying there at first. The bottom of the walk in shower was REALLY SLICK! We needed a rubber mat or something - I hate to think of folks with less balance than us going in there. * I noticed the cleaning staff were not quite cleaning the crevices in the shower stall with some corners having orange mold growing. Need to address this to prevent maintenance issues later on.

Hot decent breakfast, comfortable beds, warm hot shower after at zoo all day was a big plus! The indoor pool was wonderful, and it was definitely big, and there was a lot of room to swim around. Our room was huge with a pull out bed that our son slept on.

Not properly cleaning out the rooms, we found pills under the couch while looking for our sons toy. We told the staff about finding the pills. However, the pool wasn't watched very well since it had no cameras due to not behaved teens throwing a football very hard and hitting our children in the face they laughed about it when it happened, but we told staff.

Nicely updated bathroom with shower and plenty of towels. Sitting area to relax, lots of lighting. Good breakfast choices including yogurt and hot foods. Staff was nice after check in.

We traveled 450 miles but were half an hour early for check in (time change) and they weren’t very nice about it. Thought we’d have to sit outside and wait! After that same staff was very nice.

When you walk in it feels brand new! The common areas are very nice. Breakfast was good, but there is a coffee machine that can make all sorts of drinks and some of the drinks were not good. The beds were really comfortable! The room was nice and spacious with amenities you would expect!

I'm not sure if the property is in the middle of a renovation or what, but as soon as you get on the elevator to go to your room, there is duct tape acting as a patch on the floor for some reason. The trim in the bathroom looks spotty, like rust or something. The toilet seat was not securely fastened onto the toilet.

The room was very nice and spacious. Clean and facilities was very clean

The evening desk clerk was very rude she had an attitude when I first came in and when I questioned her about having to give a cash deposit she was very nasty with the response. The morning clerk at time of check out was very nice she smiled and gave me back my deposit. She was very polite.

Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was great, and they are very accommodating with any requests you have.

The shower didn't have very good water pressure, and there was a leak in the bathroom under the sink. I did report it and they said they would have maintenance look at it. Elevator floors are starting to deteriorate from the chlorine that people have on their feet after swimming. The tiles are cracking and breaking apart.

The breakfast area was wonderful. Clean, well-supplied and delicious. Nothing like a hot waffle for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

I didn't like that when I called the desk requesting linens for the pull-out couch that the person told me to come and get them. I had just showered and had my pjs on--unlike half of the country, I don't walk around public in my pjs. We did without and my grandson took pillowcases off the extra pillows and used them as his "blanket."

The desk clerk named Mr Russell was really kind. Facility was very nice and comfortable. Happy with the stay. Will return again. And recommend.

There was two queen beds in they run the first bed had brown stain on the mattress cover where something was spilled down the side of it. Could not tell if it was coffee Coke or blood.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The breakfast area was very nice and I loved the coffee machine.

While the overall facility looked nice, our room had several maintenance issues. A handle was missing from the closet door, the bathroom door handle didn't work well, a dresser drawer was broken, the wall thermostat didn't work and the air conditioner vent was very dirty.
