The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We literally said, “Wow!”, when we walked into the suite. The bedroom was a separate room from the rest of the living quarters (so there was a living room area and a kitchen area with a table and chairs). The bedroom had double blinds which made it super dark and helped me sleep in the next morning without having to wear something over my eyes. We loved that there was a great restaurant within walking distance. The kitchen in the suite made it convenient to bring back left-overs to reheat for later. We were pulling our motorcycle on a trailer and loved the option of being able to park in the parking lot close to our window so we could keep watch over it without having to periodically leave our room to walk down to the parking lot to check on it. We truly would have enjoyed staying longer than just one night.

I was disappointed in the breakfast offerings since I don’t eat many carbs (health reasons) and can’t consume dairy. I was hoping, after the amazing room experience, that they’d have some eggs that I could eat with my left-over steak (from the restaurant the night before), but no. So, I just ate my steak for breakfast (without the eggs I hoped for). I didn’t ding this property for their breakfast offerings though because they had plenty to offer for most everyone else.

Room 120 was clean and the place was quiet!

The mattress cover and fitted sheets were not tight, just pulled over. There were no scramble eggs with the breakfast. The plaster was rusty and showing signs of water damage from the shower/tub down by the floor (nasty, ugly) needing immediate attention.

The rooms were clean. The beds were firm. The staff was nice. For a one night stay over it's fine. We didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast because we needed to get on the road.

The area was kinda iffy. One night is ok Lots of doors opening and closing throughout the night.

The room and the bathroom were large. Room was clean

The shower was so slow draining that I was ankle deep in water before the shower was over. Very unpleasant.

Nina was exceptional with all of my booking issues with another online service. She made the focus of correcting with booking firm, while keeping me in focus as well. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and delightful

The location was good 😊 scenery 😊 the size of room magnifying. I love to choose Quality Inn as my overnight stay. Close location to my amusement spot (the casino). I love the continental breakfast at Quality Inn. The breakfast menu is exceptional 😊. Above all the reception service would make you choose Quality Inn every time. Although there are other hotels around, just as nice, but the rate is good here, would make Me choose Quality Inn every time. Hoo

Good location for what we were planned to do in West Memphis

We have stayed here multiple times, but this time our room was musty, the A/C didn’t work properly. The room we stayed in this time definitely needs updating.

It was easy to find. Quiet Breakfast was pretty good and service at desk was great.

Our shower had a wad of hair behind the shower curtain which tells it it was only half cleaned. The was candy stuck on the floor by the bed which means the floor had not been cleaned properly. For the cost it was not worth it.

They charge my card twice so keep a 👁👁 on that part bout I book pay at the Property. Before I got there the hotel charge my card soon I checked in I ask the clerk y did the hotel charge me could not tell me y smfh 😑
