We have stayed at many properties in the Disneyland area and have returned to Portifino Inn 3x. While the property is not fancy by any means, it has a good size family room with enough beds for my 3 grown kids- a king for mom and dad with a privacy screen, a bunk bed and a pull out couch. Pull out mattress wasn't great but not terrible! We like that the bathroom is on mom and dad's "side" as not to wake kids every time mom gets up to pee haha! Beds were comfortable enough! No sore back Nice big bar fridge and microwave in room Wardrobe to hang things was helpful, lots of drawers to store stuff 2 tvs 10-12 min walk to park. Close enough to come for an afternoon nap Air conditioning worked great! Good location with food options and convenience stores nearby Pool area was nice. The addition of sun chairs really helped that area! Has a gym with a couple machines Laundry area was helpful Usually best price for family suite We like this suite best of any in the area we've tried

Room was serviced infrequently. We ran out of things like toilet paper, soap, etc and had to walk to front desk a few times. Also garbages filled up fast and piled up. We took put ourselves a few times Nowhere to sit beyond pull out sofa. Needs a chair or 2 No surfaces to prep food or anything. Could use a desk or coffee table or something. There's 1 small table, but it filled up quickly with 5 people's stuff Limited outlets for charging devices Room overall is looking a bit shabby. Needs a refresh. Clean, but could use new furniture (dings here and there, a bit tattered looking) No breakfast but we bought stuff to eat in room

This place was amazing for my family of 5! Everyone had a bed which is hard with teenagers who do not always want to share a bed :)....Everything was clean and the staff was always super accommodating. If you have to have housekeeping every day this is not your place....they only come to bring towels or blankets. The room was a great size and comfortable and the microwave and mini fridge came in handy. Housekeeping only coming at check out was not a big deal we had trash bags with us and llike camping we packed out our trash I am sure they would have come had we called but again it was not a big deal. The location was perfect Starbucks across the street CVS next-door or Walgreens across the street. The walk to the parks totally safe at night well lit and only a 10minwalk if you walk fast. This place was great for our Thanksgiving Holiday to Disney and we will be back.

Didn't like is not the phrase I would use....I would Suggest switching the pull out mattresses for Memory Foam mattress. My daughter could feel the springs and it was noisy when she rolled over :) and with all the new tech in mattress Memory Foam would be nice for all pull out beds.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. We had the family room for 5, and the kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space.

I still haven't received my 50 dollar deposit back, and we stayed over a week ago. I will be calling to find out where my deposit is tomorrow.

I kept debating on cancelling our reservations after reading reviews the night before our vacation. I saw a mixture of good and bad postings. The post that got me were the beds being dirty and the “bed bugs.” I figured we would check it out and go from there on whether we would cancel or stay there. I’m so glad we gave it a chance. First thing I wanted to look at were the beds which we saw they were clean and checked mattress which had no bugs. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. The staff were very friendly. There was a lingering smell in the hallways but not in our rooms. The appliances are a little out dated but overall we were very happy with our stay. The location was perfect! Not too far from Disneyland, and lots of stores nearby which was awesome! We would def stay here again especially with the amazing price!

Everything was in walking distance! Disney is so close and it not sketchy to be alone. There was a security guard walking around at night to make sure Everything was safe. I don’t sleep well and went for walks with service dog all different time of the night. The staff are morning people everyone is up and out !!! There is a great cheep store connected to the building for Disney shirts and gifts! They were supper accommodating to my needs. Supplied more toilet paper and fresh towels when needed. This room was big enough for my service dog and 4 grown adults! The only complaint I had was there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. If there is one connected to the light it wasn’t working at all..over all great block to be on! Away enough to not hear all the kids from the park coming and going but close enough to walk everywhere!!!

We loved that the property was walking distance from Disneyland! The beds were comfortable and we had daily clean towels. There was a souvenir store, CVS, Walgreens, IHOP, and Denny’s right next door.

The property needs some interior carpet cleaning. Both sinks and the tub wouldn’t drain properly in our room. They also charged me a $50 nightly deposit that wasn’t noted when I booked my hotel room. The Qr code with the food didn’t have great selection and items were sold out daily.

The location was great for getting to the starting point of the Disney half marathon. Not too far of a walk there or back. Also really close to the parks. The suite had a sliding door to separate the room into two so that I could go to sleep early at 7 pm the night before the race and my husband could stay up later. Having the hotel right next to CVS and Walgreens was really nice too. Staff were friendly.

We wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but they looked really dirty so we didn’t. Instead I took a bath after the Disneyland half marathon, but the tub was too shallow to enjoy it. We used the gym, but the treadmill belt would slip/skip a little bit as you were running on it. I had to stop using it because I was scared I was going to trip over my feet and fall, and there was no other treadmill to use. At check in time there was only one person at the front desk helping people, and about 3-4 people waiting. The woman in front of me was taking especially long because she wanted a different room. It was a long wait until someone else finally came out to help.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When there was a problem, they fixed it right away. I loved the location, walking distance to the parks. The hotel was very clean including the rooms. The size of the room was really good, plenty of room for a mobile assistance scooter. The price of the room was much better than any other hotel in the area. It was a great value.

The heater was stuck on in our first room, and the room was extremely hot. Staff moved us though which was good, but annoying because it was 2:00 a.m. And the second room had little issues like a towel rack coming out of the wall, refrigerator wasn't on, and the closet door was stuck. None of these are deal breakers though.

We were walking distance to Disneyland for our family and it is next to a CVS store that has supplies that you need for snacks or a quick breakfast. The value for how close we were was good. Rooms were clean and large.

The parking was a little far away in a multi story parking garage, so it was a bit of a walk back to our room. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade, but they were funtional. There was no breakfast offered.

Room was nice and appreciated the first floor due to wheelchair use. Staff very helpful with ART bus questions.

Would have appreciated the two other rooms being in the same building even if the rooms were not able to be together. When we requested all the rooms to be near each other upon booking we were messaged back "We will do our best" however upon check-in we were told that was not even possible because the king suite type room was not in the same building as the other type of rooms. We would have appreciated knowing that when we booked the rooms.
