Left my son s spider man toy that he got for b day but went back and was unable to retrieve it

Security guard appeared when we were delayed getting out of room due to my disabled son and felt like he was harassing us despite advising front desk. We will never return to this hotel.

Two blocks from main entrance to Disney Staff were great, Retro styling was fine. Ramp to second levels

Enamel paint pealing in bathtub and sink, no microwave, fridge smells funky, patio furniture on decks moulding. Vending machines did not work

We have stayed at this Hotel about 5 times now, Each time it has been a pleasant experience, The only issue we had last time was the AC unit wouldn't let us adjust the heat temp so it was a little cool. The staff are always very friendly- the pool is excellent, The yard is always clean and the little store has all the little things you may forget at home. Its close to the park for walking distance and a plus with the EV chargers for our Tesla. Front Staff- Maids- Parking staff- they are all above standard when it comes to customer service. We do not drink but had a mock tail made at the bar- A mock tail Miami Vice- The bar tender wasn't familiar with this drink but we gave him the recipe and he made it perfect! Starbucks is right around the corner also for a quick hot coffee or they offer coffee to its just no longer complementary. What I did enjoy was the HOT coco they offered and was complementary on the cold days getting back into the lobby after a fun day at Disney. Great views from the pool area for Fire works and you can even lay in your bed from some rooms to see them, I would definitely recommend this establishment to others - Its is a great place, decent price and nice and clean. They also are dog and service animal friendly.

The ice machine was down outside our room so we had to walk to the lobby for ice, the the reception staff were super kind to fill it up for us- and the shower water was so strong it was a tad painful when the water hit in the shower.

My experience at The Anaheim Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived we were given excellent customer service from both Christopher and Orlando. The security in the parking lot always greeted us as well as the front desk staff. Candy the manager was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel has many amenities including a gym, pool, and an on-site restaurant. The hotel store was a major plus for us, it was well stocked with many necessities. The rooms were slightly dated but very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! I have stayed at almost every Disney good neighbor hotel and this has been my favorite so far. I will definitely be back for future stays!

Rooms are slightly dated specially the bathroom. Tiles were chipped, countertops were chipped and the bathtub was peeling

Great location lots of restaurants around within walking distance many choices for food. A five minute walk to the front entrance of Disney, did not need to drive anywhere once we were parked at the hotel. And an awesome pool with hot tub beautiful scenery with a tropical feel.

The room we were in had an AC and heater wall unit. I got a little cold at night and turned on the heat. Which sent off an electric smell through the room and turned on the smoke alarm. The downfall of the trip.

The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and even provides a shuttle service, which was very helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always friendly and responsive to our needs.

We experienced constant issues with our room key failing every time we tried to use it. The staff mentioned that this was normal due to an outdated system—they should definitely consider updating it. The paid breakfast is offered by the pizza restaurant in the hotel, but it’s very limited and overpriced—not worth it in my opinion. Additionally, the gym is quite small and doesn’t accommodate the number of guests the hotel can hold.

This was our 4th stay at The Anaheim and each stay has been, overall, excellent. The physical buildings could use some updating, but we had no real issues; everything worked and the rooms were comfortable. The staff, as always, is amazing and does whatever they can to accomodate you. This trip was a very last minute one, yet they were able to get us adjoining rooms.

Coffee being available in the bar area would have been welcome. They only had espresso.

I loved the outside grounds, the garden terrace, the pool, the beautiful landscaping, the yard game area and the walkway to our room. I also loved having the pizza press right there where we could order food and drinks and have breakfast. I loved how the interior of the hotel was nostalgic. It reminded me of walking onto a set of a Dean Martin Jerry Lewis movie.

I would’ve liked it if the pool was heated. The water was quite cool when we were there. Also, the table with the gas heater in the Garden Terrace would not stay lit. It provided a great ambience when it worked, it just didn’t stay lit.

I love this hotel! It is our go to when we visit the Disneyland Resort. Parking and check-in is easy, we usually get our room earlier than actual check in time. The rooms are spacious and clean. You will have a fridge/freezer, coffee maker with coffee/creamer/sugar, etc... you just need to bring your own water. Great value for a cute little hotel. The pool is nice and big. There is also a hot tub. There is a little shop on site with beverages, snacks, pool gear, first aid, etc... If you want to eat nearby, the Pizza Press is adjacent to the hotel - great pizza and breakfast before 10am. You can see the Disneyland fireworks from the pool. Walk to Disneyland is about 8-10 minutes, direct walk to and from the park.

I had stayed here about 5 years ago and loved it and since then, there has been nothing but absolute great progress. The property is so clean and well kept, staff is so helpful and the amenities are nothing short of incredible. The parking situation was 10/10 and the proximity to the parks is what I may love the most. We were able to come back in the middle of the day to relax without it taking so much out of us with the extra walk.

Not a single thing! I loved staying here, will definitely stay again anytime I am visiting Disney or just Anaheim in general.
