The rooms were spacious and had enough storage for our family of four to stay a week. I loved the breakfast, especially the mickey mouse waffles; they had a good variety. We loved the proximity to Disneyland park as well.

I didn't particularly appreciate that the rooms didn't get cleaned every day. My room was also not thoroughly cleaned. I found old chip bags under the sofa bed. I will however say that the rest of the room was very clean. Also, anyone can come in through the elevator since it doesn't require a key to go up. I also didn't like that the elevators are past due for an inspection.

Same breakfast everyday I checked in when we got there and they said the put my card on file for my 2 rooms my mother tried several times to get drinks and snacks from there little store and the front counter guy was rude telling her sorry she couldn't get anything that there was no card on file it wouldn't have been a big deal but she has health problems and it's hard for her to get around so she had to go back upstairs and get money yet when I checked out the other guy said we infect had a card on file and it could have been used anytime.

Against the wall under the bunk bed is full of trash, clothes, might want to check under the bunks, room 205 to be exact.

The property was clean and room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom door did not lock. There was mold located on the top of the bedroom door (from living room area). There was also a numerous of violent homeless individuals outside of the hotel. One of them was talking to himself and followed my family and I down the street.

The location and room set up was great! Kids had their own space and they loved it. The bunks, the desk, the TV, the bathroom. It was perfect for them. The kitchen had most of what we needed for our meals. The pool was really nice. Good size and temperature.

The room had many little things that were not a problem but showed ware or lack of cleaning. There was dried urine puddle under one of the toilets. I found a couple dirty forks in the drawer with the silverware, dried cleaning detergent in the showers. The art in the kids bathroom was not secured to the wall, the towel hook was falling off, the carpet was ripped, the glass mirror was chipped, one of the TVs didnt work properly, the beds were not very comfortable and the bedding was itchy and noisy. There were other little bits of damage. It was not technically a problem but it just showed the ware and tear of the place.

Location was good. Room was nice, especially with a kitchen. Beds need to be replaced though. The mattresses, including the pull out sofa mattress, all need to be replaced. That was only thing. The full complementary breakfast was satisfying. The parking was standard. The hotel staff were exceptional. They were very knowledgeable , courteous and professional. Even though we had a room close to the elevator it was quiet. Would stay there again.

The mattresses are worn and uncomfortable. They need to be replaced ASAP.

Breakfast was fantastic. We loved the Mickey Mouse waffles! Pool and splash pad were lovely amenities to have when we came back for breaks from Disneyland.

We expected the room we booked to have an oven, it made booking a suite with a kitchen somewhat pointless as we weren’t able to cook quick meals other than stove top. The room was comfortable and clean but very small - we wish the suites with theme park view weren’t so small, and that the suites with bunk beds had more affordable rates as we would have appreciated the space more with young kiddos. Win some you lose some at this hotel!

Excellent breakfast. Appreciate all the breakfast options offered. Loved the Mickey waffles and iced coffee. Close walking distance to Disneyland. Enjoyed the rooftop hot tub after a long day at the park. Theme Park view was execellent for viewing Disney nightly fireworks. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Room service was efficient. Overall excellent!

It was on the Main Street so very loud.

Fantastic breakfast; great having a kitchen in the room so we could do some basic cooking and keep milk etc in the large fridge; laundry was essential and we were really grateful for it when it rained on heavily and all our clothes were soaked from a day at Disneyland; rooftop pool is lovely; staff helpful.

Housekeeping only came once during our four night stay and when we ran out of towels never turned up with fresh ones; corner room quite small for family of four.
