I had a very good stay at the hotel—it met my expectations nicely. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, providing a comfortable environment that had everything I needed for my visit. The staff were particularly welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made my stay quite pleasant. The hotel's location was a major highlight. It was conveniently close to the convention center and within walking distance to Disneyland, making it incredibly easy to balance work and some leisure time. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was pretty quiet. Overall, the hotel provided a solid experience with its friendly service, great location, and quiet atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay in the area.

While I have nothing negative to say, it’s important to remember that this is still a motel. Set your expectations accordingly—while the accommodations are comfortable, don't anticipate luxury amenities like plush mattresses or high-end furnishings.

The place comes without breakfast but there are a lot of possibilities around the place to get a good breakfast. The hotel provides free coffee in the morning which helps on the walk to Disneyland or to the next breakfast place. The proximity to Disneyland is top - we did not need a taxi to go back and forth between the hotel and Disneyland. The staff is super friendly and the cleanliness of the room is superb. Other than that, the place is not the Hyatt or the Ritz, but it provides a very good basecamp for Disneyland. There are rental car places, restaurants and groceries nearby. When we come back to Disneyland, we will definitely try to book this place again. The room has a good size fridge, so bring your restaurant remainings, cool them and reheat them in the microwave, shop some beers or whatever.

The pool could have been a little bit warmer. I guess in summer that's not a problem, but in march it was too cold for me. Our son still enjoyed it. That means, it is usable, but did not meet my expectation.

Very clean, near 7/11 and CVS. 15 minute walk to Disney. Comfy beds and you have everything you need; mini fridge, coffee machine, and microwave satellite tv . The front desk staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

The walls are thin, you cannot hear conversations but you can hear movement and steps.

Perfect stay! The room was impeccably clean! From the walls to the floor (no carpet!), there was not an ounce of dust or debris to be found. The generous sized refrigerator and microwave allowed us the opportunity to save time and money by preparing meals in our room. The walk to the parks is quick and easy! Most importantly, every single staff member we encountered was amazing! They were all kind, helpful, and seem to be genuinely good people. We love to visit Disneyland, and I am so happy to have found our new home away from home at the Alpine Inn! 

The oroperty is amazingly clean, quiet, small parking lot but ample space, very safe area and walkable to Disneyland in 15 min. The staff go above and beyond to serve their guests. The beds are very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is wonderful! The day we arrived we had notified the facility that we needed HC parking. When we got there we were met by an employee who had placed a pylon to reserve us the space to park and deploy our lift. The room access was great. Door was easy open from a wheelchair (some difficulty closing it from the outside due to angle but doable) laundry is not wheelchair accessible but we needed a blanket of my daughters washed and the employee took and washed it for us.

Parking was free and the spaces were easy to accommodate my vehicle. The room was very clean esp the restroom and the amenities were fine. The staff were really very knowledgeable and helpful with directions. It was so close to the Convention Center and Downtown Disney

The rooms are a little close - you can hear through the walls a little bit. I thought there was a light breakfast but only coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The towels were a little small but the staff gave us plenty upon request.

Operated by some of the loviest people, this hotel was perfect for our 3 day tour of Disneyland. So conveniently located, tidy and clean and as a bonus, the hotel stored our luggage for the day after checkout so that we could focus our energy on enjoying our day.

Location excellent for the price paid. 15-20 min walking distance to main gates of Disneyland. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Room size was decently sized for a family of 3-4 with 2 beds. Loved that the sink was outside of the bathroom. Liked the winter appearance of the outside with snow on the roof and icicle lighting. There was 7 Eleven, A Mart, CVS, Walgreens, places to eat within 5 min walk. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. It was convenient and nice to grab some water, tea or coffee in the morning for the walk to Disneyland. Didn't get to use the pool or laundry facility offered. Liked the free parking for 1 vehicle.

This is a great location for visiting Disneyland. Leaving our car at the hotel and walking to the park saved us money. The hotel staff were very friendly and I appreciated that they set up coffee and tea in the lobby early in the morning for people walking to the park. This hotel is also right next to a 7-11, which is very convenient.The room was fairly plain, but clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again for a future trip to Anaheim.

The only negative aspects of our stay were very minor. The walls are somewhat thin, which probably can't be helped in a building this age. If you are sensitive to the sounds of people walking around, closing doors, or moving luggage at night, you may want to bring ear plugs. Also, we didn't like the soap in the soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower; it was thin and didn't lather well, so we ended up using our own.

Close Walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Great service with front desk, also front desk allowed me to charge my scooter in their lobby. Large room for large family.

N/A. We stayed at Alpine Inn Several years ago with same great service etc so we are very pleased with them and will definitely come to stay again and recommend them to anyone coming to Disneyland.
