We appreciated the extra security with someone always at the front desk and the doors being locked after a certain time. The covered parking in the back was nice and easy access to the back of the property. The continental breakfast was always really yummy. My favorite was the spicy salsa that was available. Whenever they were out of a food item, the staff was quick to replenish it.

The property isn’t the best for light sleepers. I found myself constantly getting woken up by heavy foot steps at all hours of the night and inconsiderate people slamming their door shut. Compared to other hotels/motels that I’ve stayed at, this one lacks the most in sound proofing between their walls and floors.

Well first off, I called when we were delayed and said we would be arriving late and they set up our room for us before we even arrived with two cribs for our twin boys, that allowed us to easily get our little ones tucked in for the night. The beds and pillows were comfy, the step down living room for the kids was a great separation of space. Everything was clean and in great condition (recent remodel?). The shower had endless hot water and terrific water pressure. Our room was super quiet-we never heard a sound from anyone, even with breakfast buffet being directly above us we never heard a single foot step! The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and the multitude of staff really bustled around keeping everything stocked and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They watched our bags for us and told where we could park at 1:30 am. The walk to Disneyland was quick and easy at 0.7 miles away. I have stayed at a multitude of places in Anaheim, and for all the reasons listed about, it was the Best by far. We are planning another trip soon and definitely plan on staying at the Desert Palm again? If I could give it more than 10 stars I would do so!

Need to go lids for coffee at the breakfast buffet, and I would have loved a big pot of hot oatmeal with toppings, the instant stuff is terrible! . And that’s about it!!

The location is great to visit Disneyland, approx 10 minute walk. There was a CVS pharmacy across the street that also sells a small selection of groceries. Our room was clean and big enough for the 4 of us. The children loved the pool (they provide free pool towels at the pool). We really enjoyed the free buffet breakfast, they had waffles which my kids loved. They also seemed to slightly change the buffet breakfast each day which was really good. The beds were fairly comfortable and were of a good size. If we ever came back to the US, we would stay here again.

We liked everything.

1) Proximity - Very near to the Disneyland entrances. It’s about 8-10 min walk with kids 2) No fuss amenities - Good bed & decent bathroom, tea coffee kettle plus microwave plus fridge in room, basic breakfast which is included in the rates, room service restaurant at ground floor, shop in hotel and just outside. Just right for visitors who spend whole day in Disney and spend the night time till morning at the hotel. 3) Very good staff - helpful and welcoming. 4) 24/7 coffee or water self service station at lobby. 5) Toddler play area 6) Ample parking which is extra charge though (we did not use this), 7) Good value for money - did not find any hotel in this price offering above features. Besides that, even if you don’t compare, it’s totally worth it for the price you pay.

Nothing much to mention, just some heads up - Ask for cups & plates in advance if you need more for your coffee n meals in the room. They don’t give glassware in room so be prepared to take something for heating liquids in microwave like milk for kids, if you prefer that way.

Staff was awesome and even left balloons and goodie bag for our birthday girl ! Room was clean as it always is when we stay , spacious too . Lobby is welcoming and comfy . Breakfast is well appreciated . Lots of options and delicious as usual . Love the roof top seating too. Park is so close can see the backside of DCA. Parking availability by entrance in a well lit and safe area. Beautiful pool that’s indoor and heated . Walk to park is short and convenient but when needed Uber is only $7 for 5 persons.

Pool hours ! Always full. Wished opened earlier and closed later or offered reservations / time slots .

Very close to Disneyland AND Downtown Disney!! (BTW, Goofy's Kitchen parking is now at the Disneyland Hotel. They can only validate parking for that lot.) It was a nice walk to and from the parks. A quick stay, but our 2bd/2ba suite was perfect for our party of 8 (4 girls/4 boys). And having a door to close the rooms to the Jill-Jane styled bathrooms was nice. Sinks were open, but each toilet/shower had its own door. BREAKFAST OS ON THE FIFTH FLOOR!!! 😂 But it is delicious and hot and hearty. That helped our large family start the day in the park off right.

You walked THROUGH the first room and bathrooms to get to the second room. Thank goodness we're family and none of us had to leave for an early flight. Otherwise we'd be walking through the front bedroom to leave. The homeless situation is getting ridiculous around the area. In the dumpster area, one homeless man was peeing with his pants at his ankles. It's a good thing we have only small boys and all the females are grown. That would have been an awkward conversation. If you're going to charge me a resort "parking" fee, maintain the lots so we don't have to see this!! Or hire security!! Something!

Our granddaughters loved having bunk beds and their own tv in the room. The king bed was comfortable and the overall size of the room was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having breakfast included. There are many options including eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, waffles, etc. It was a nice touch that they had a scavenger hunt for the kids in the lobby. So much fun for the girls.

For some reason the air conditioning didn't blow very well in our room and in an attempt to keep our room cool the bunk bed room got extremely cold. We struggled to find a happy medim. Everything else was great.

The hotel is very close to Disneyland. Although the room is a bit small, the value for money is excellent compared to the surrounding hotels. I must mention that the staff here are extremely friendly. My car was scratched by another vehicle in the parking lot, and the front desk staff helped me file an incident report and actively assisted in contacting the rental car company to handle the situation. I am very grateful for their help! I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Disneyland. By the way, the hotel lobby has some hidden Disney-themed Easter eggs, which are really fun!

We stayed here for 9 nights.... Great locationto everything - resturants, parks, short drive to anywhere. breakfast was great - good to start day Room was well presented and maintained. Great pressure in shower, bed comfy Staff were so helpful and friendly. Undercover parking Food hall onsite was excellent and well priced, and they were very accomodating. Very polite as you entered and exited. nothing was too hard - we loved the place and will be back!

There is nothing we didnt love about this place...

The hotel was only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland which made it super easy to get to and from the park without having to drive. There is free breakfast provided every morning that has a good selection and the staff is very friendly. My groups main reason to stay was to go to Disneyland, and so this was a great choice for anyone that is able to walk. I definitely will stay here again in the future, both with friends or with kids.
