I didn't eat anything from the lobby, but I had some of the drip coffee in the room, which was tolerable. The bathtub was spectacular. It's big enough for 2 adults, and very relaxing. I liked how there was a couch/hangout space. The shower was nice and big too. It was pouring rain while we were there, otherwise we would have spent more time in the patio. I'm glad there was a refrigerator and a microwave. The cable channels were mostly crap, but the rest of the room was nice. I liked the "fireplace." The location was within walking distance to everything.

Too many religious channels. Way too many garbage channels. Streaming tv would be nice. I wish I would have checked out the complimentary coffee and snacks, but maybe next time.

The location was great. Within a short drive of so many wonderful wineries and a short walk to town and many restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

If I were to nitpick, the only things I'd suggest improving would be the bathtubs. They're a little out dated but still more than adequate. The pillows were too soft for our liking but that's just our personal preference. Nothing had a negative impact on our stay.

Close proximity to downtown Calistoga with cute boutique wineries and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Loved the L’Occitane products offered in the room and the spa tub was perfect to soak in after a long day of wine tasting!

I was a bit disappointed by the shower’s water pressure - it was difficult to wash the shampoo out of my hair. Also wish we were offered to have our luggage carried up to our room.

room was quite small the hotel pictures make it look like it’s on larger grounds than it is. It is pretty much in a parking lot. However, they have a nice fountain to sit by and nice seating area outside with a decent lounge area in front, so we were comfortable and it was fine. I expected more of a Bnb with quiet and comfortable grounds.

The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable.

These are minor things – I really did have a wonderful stay - but I must have missed the memo on check-in times because no one was there when I arrived at 8:30 PM and I had to wait for someone to to call me back to help me get in my room. Other than the boiled eggs and apples, breakfast was too sugary for my tastes -- Fruit Loops, candied granola, etc. Unsweetened yogurt would be a nice addition to the line up!

Location ideal— can walk into Calistoga and enjoy shopping and wine tasting with no need to drive. Breakfast was more than expected with a “cold only” selection. Great granola mix and delicious European style yogurt offered. Good bath products.

Room/bathroom seemed alittle worn—furniture could use either updating or refurbishing to keep that Calistoga wine country with Victorian overtones vibe.

We loved the coziness of the room, including the fireplace and robes and huge bathtub. The decor was unique, and that made it feel special. The staff were very kind and helpful, and not intrusive in any way. The bed and bedding was so comfortable!!

The breakfast could have been better. There weren’t any hot items available, and except for the hard boiled eggs, everything was sweet (even the yogurt). Some toast and a toaster would have been nice. The granola was excellent!

Very friendly staff. Nice room. Good location. Very quiet at night. Loved the Occitane brand products in the bathroom (shampoo, etc). Lovely little complementary breakfast (berry parfait, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, a muffin, coffee, juice, etc) offered in the morning.

The mold on the inside of the shower door handle. I reported it to the staff who made note of it.

The friendly, helpful hosts were a highlight of this stay. We also liked the easy walk to all the main street restaurants and shops. Our room was very comfortable - loved the pillows! The fireplace was also a nice touch - yeah, it's electric, but it's also really, really cozy on a chilly February evening. The continental breakfast was OK, but we would love to see an afternoon wine tasting/social even as a paid add-on.

It's hard to complain for the price/night, but we weren't fans of the 7am leaf blower. The main Napa valley road is close by so you're going to hear some road noise - not a deal breaker - more of a reality check.

The room was large and very comfortable, complete with a free standing tub and fireplace. Breakfast was very good especially the house made granola which they gave me the recipe for. The property was private yet minutes from the main street through town so everything was walkable. Lupita on the front desk day reception was very pleasant and most accommodating with our needs. Would highly recommend.
