Is the perfect location. We had Cleo beach across the street from the hotel . It has access through stairs walking down . You couldn’t ask for better location. Ralph’s is right on the corner . There is also a good place to eat and affordable. “ Taco stand “ I. The morning you can grab a cofee at the Orange in . This two places right next to the 14 Wesr hotel. You can go anywhere by walking distance or the Trolley . We loved it .

The boutique part of the hotel name is a great descriptor for the experience you get when you walk in. I loved the garden and lighting in the pool area. I loved that there was parking on site as well.

The rooms were not as spacious in the sleeping area. A free breakfast and free cancellation option would have been great. The top level rooms were also pretty warm.

The hotel is charming with a beautiful courtyard. The beds were so comfortable. We both slept great every night!

We would have picked one of the rooms with bigger windows... we were in one of the few rooms that is almost in a hallway. Our room was also right by the staff cleaning equipment which was loud in the morrning.

It was charming and located near lots of good restaurants and shops. Free parking. Exceptional staff! My room was perfect and bed was super comfy. The pool is great with lots of floates. Free coffee and popcorn. I could go on and on with more goods things about this place. I stayed in the Spanish South building . We can’t wait to go again.

Nice centrally located hotel

Needs some maintenance, upkeep. New mattress. It was noisy because our room was #60, first room at the end of building where the parking lot is. Several groups of visitors were talking as they walked into the building after midnight & woke me up.

Centrally located,plenty of parking, quiet.

Need to clean carpets often found them pretty disgusting. Maybe replace with some type of laminated flooring. Need to secure gates at night guess could have a key access after hours.

We go to the OC quite a bit since i lived there for a long time. The Ritz, Montage, the Resort @ Dana Point in the past. Just wanted to do something different and small and walkable. 14 West was perfect. Very very nice people. Highly recommend!!!

Location good for access to downtown and Pageant of the Masters. Free trolley stop right in front of hotel.

Very noisy during day due to children shrieking in the pool which is located right in the center of all rooms facing courtyard.

I loved the modern feel of the room and fireplace

the bath tub was a bit difficult to get in and out of.

Great location and within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The free parking was terrific as it's very difficult to park in downtown Laguna.

The room seem somewhat dated but it was clean and comfortable.
