It was close to the freeway, stores and restaurants. The continental breakfast was really good. Our check in was smooth and our room was ready and clean , I appreciate all the staffs even the cleaning people were friendly.

Unfortunately the indoor pool was not heated and there wasn’t a jacuzzi 😩. There was a night clerk Caucasian staff named David who was very RUDE to my little sister when she was checking in when it was his mistake for double charging her for a room then said it was her fault. All he had to do was apologize for his mistake and say he’ll refund her but NO he wanted to have an attitude and be loud and roll his eyes and blame my sister for his mistake like a Karen as they call it these days . I’m glad that in the morning the front clerk was able to refund her and apologize on his behalf. Thank you 🙏

I loved the room and it met my needs perfectly. The breakfast was good and filling. The closet had enough room for my clothes and the TV worked well with my streaming services so I could watch from the room.

I didn't like how the bathroom door didn't stay open. The air conditioner was a lot noisier than I was expecting, but bearable as it tends to drown out the noise from the freeway. The view was of an alley.

Location convenience..

Staff gave my husband an attitude when we checked in. His name is John.. his legal name is Juan... which is the same name. I get the technicalities. However, common sense would be helpful here. We have always checked in as John.. and never had an issue. If we were not in a hurry to get to a wedding.. this place would have lost a reservation.

The design of the rooms is exceptional and provides all you need in a hotel room. Great functional place that is very modern and exceeded my expectations.Bed comfortable and nice bathroom facility . The lobby is area small but nice that breakfast was included and was acceptable.

Not much to dislike with this facility and great value.

Love our stays here, we will continue to come back. However my only feedback would be for the breakfast staff to be a little more friendly. Twice during our last stay we tried to ask simple questions about breakfast and we were ignored completely, not cool at all. We enjoy our stays though so we will overlook that experience

Nice newly remodeled rooms with comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean rooms and functional bathroom facility. Overall a great value and definitely would stay there again if in the area.

Noice level from the freeway and other customers on the same floor. At the time I arrived for breakfast there was hardly anything left as there was a large crowd and only one person trying to manage it all by herself. I had one cup of coffee and dined at a local restaurant .

Staff nice.

Air didn't work. Stupid spot light. Left some items at front desk for my daughter in law to pick up and mysteriously disappeared before she got there. I guess one of your staff felt like they deserved them more. You owe me $60 replacement.

There was plenty of food and a good variety. The workers worked hard to keep it clean and restocked. The hotel was was pretty clean in the lobby and the check in was easy.

We had a couple of issues but management was able to address our concerns which was greatly appreciated.

Clean, room was big. Breakfast was good, they had a good selection of everything. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything looks new. The receptionist Rocky was very friendly and useful. Will definitely come back.

The noise from the Highway. The hotel should install stronger isolation.

Great location, walking distance from places to eat. The staff was very friendly and incredible. Great Value. Very worth the price paid. Very spacious bedrooms. Showers were great with courtesy shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Nothing. This place was great. The staff went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Facilities were great. Just have the pool and gym shutdown due to covid, but that's understandable.
