No breakfast was offered--a major disappointment

Offer a continental breakfast or at least a decent cup of coffee. The room coffee was marginal at best. I was charged $6.95 for internet that I did not order. Either that or the sign in process was so devious that I inadvertently ordered the upgrade. You should make Internet free to all guests. This is a no brainer. All other major chains do not nickel and dime good customers like that. People like to be treated like adults, not gullible consumers. Your original founders knew that. I am 82 years old and have stayed at lots of nice places. Your facilities are outstanding. Some of your policies seem cheap to me.

Staff was amazing, very helpful, friendly, and has excellent customer service skills! We stayed there for a week and everyone was so pleasant from houses keepers to front desk receptionists day and night however there was one front desk receptionist who checked us out on December 29 who was a hispanic looking employee and was unpleasant and does not have any customer service.

The hotel looked new. It had a lot of areas to hang out in.

Some of the areas weren’t cleaned. Looked like men’s facial hair all over the inside wall of the sink. The floor by the window was grimy. We only had 1 towel set for four of us. There were no extra blankets or pillows. When we called for all of that it would be the front desk that brought it, so it would take forever. I would have felt better about the stay if I hadn’t seen all the beard hair in the sink. After a pandemic you want to feel like the place you’re staying at is clean. The outside trash cans weren’t emptied often. They didn’t have enough pool towels, I was given bath towels and the pool towels they did have were really small and thin.

Updated and very clean. I like that the room has flooring rather than carpet. Good lighting and temperature control in each room. Location is about 5 miles north of Temecula-wine tasting area. All hotels in the area are more expensive on the weekends, that is why I rated it not as high in value. If you are able to adjust your schedule, better to stay on a weekday when rates are less.

We always know Marriott will fit the requirements. This location was perfect for us, being close to family and the wineries. It was quite yet convenient to the freeways. We found a great mall with good restaurant choices and there was a dog boarding facility very close which we will use in the future. We didn't try the breakfast just because we don't eat breakfast however we are able to get a great 4 mile morning power walk in the immediate area. I wish the wind wasn't blowing otherwise we would have enjoyed the roof top view.

The location and the staff were terrific. The facilities were outstanding. The room was clean and spacious.

The cost was outrageous. I spent $701 for two nights. Breakfast was not included which I find bizarre. While the property exceeds all other expectations, it seriously ranked on the value for money.

We were in town for a wedding in Murrieta so the location was perfect. Check-in was easy and all of the front desk personnel were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was wet clean. The food at the bistro was very good. We would stay here again if in Murrieta.

Very nice with many amenities. Cafe, bar, swimming pool and spa, laundry room and gym. Staff was very nice and helpful. Water pier in rooms was great.

Overall the hotel was clean but our restroom needed a bite mor cleaning. Shower had some mildew and above the mirror were cobwebs. And we had ants not alot but enough to bother.

The gym offered at the facility and the room was so gorgeous.

Only that checkout time says 12pm on the door and I got sick in the toilet, which I am so extremely sorry for, and there was no water to flush

Very modern facility. Loved the multiple outlets and USB ports. I use sleep equipment so bedside table with built in outlets was great. More outlets, USB ports and shelf for phone or other devices at the TV console. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was just an overnight stay to assist family member who is moving so didn't have time to use any services. Hope to stay again and enjoy some of the features.

Bathtub was very slick so one had to definitely stay on the rubber mat to avoid slipping while showering. A family member who stayed with me cautioned me about the slick tub... I opted to sponge bath at the sink since I was too tired to stand for more then a few minutes anyway. Most other places I've stayed the full bottom of the tub is textured.
