ROOM WAS NICE . Bed was extremely comfortable area was good near old Town temecula

No jacuzzi I was really looking g forward to that. For the price I paid would ve thought a jacuzzi would've been there. I stay at Best western all the time first time without a jacuzzi. Also cleaness of the room wasn't to great. Glitter on the floor and my husband waking up with Glitter on his stomach. Meaning sheets weren't changed unless he rolled on floor in the middle of the I wasn't aware of. Also shower drian cover wasn't screw in foot fill in drain.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Their constantly cleaning and restocking the breakfast area. It's in a frast location. And staff is very pleasant

The hotel was Suppose to charge once we checked in but hotel charged before checked in and at the wrong rate. I previously had another room but canceled months in advance for a different room which was cheaper due to number of guest changed. We had 3 people that were paying 3 ways but I still had to pay for the room at the incorrect rate, which csshier said supervisor would call me, and i will receive another receipt. I never received call or receipt so I called 2 days later supervisor very pleasant and reimbursed me the balance but the hold never was released so i paid doulble. After 5 days, I called my bank to file a dispute . They wanted me to fax over receipt, but it has the incorrect charges, but she assured me I'll get it back within 1 - 2 days.

The price was jacked up a ridiculous amount for the day we went…..the day before a holiday. I should not have to pay 150% of normal price on random days. Also, the couch bed was not made and had no sheets available, even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in the room that night. We had to go get sheets and make the bed, which was inconvenient after getting in late at night with children.

The staff was very courteous and extremely accommodating. The room is clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. A complete breakfast was offered in the morning with lots of options to choose from. The location was very good for the downtown area and for the wineries.

I didn't like that I was unable to get a decent News Channel like Newsmax.

The location was perfect, at the very beginning of old town. In the bedroom, everything look like it had just been remodeled perfectly. In the bathroom, everything was brand new, and in perfect working order. The he attendant at check in was very helpful, because of my hearing aids, it is sometimes hard to understand, she took extra time to make sure I I could understand everything she said.

The room was great and it was clean. Great location very close to old town Temecula if you want to visit in the town. Breakfast was good maybe cook the potatoes longer as they were not so soft, but their was nice variety of choices for breakfast. The waffles had many toppings really cool for kids. Coffee machine is available 24hrs and free.

At the pool which was inside it was hot and kind-of stuffy, and there was no chairs by the pool. There was a strong smell of the chemicals that they are using to clean the pool.

I was really surprised to see that a price over the weekend was three times as that of during the weekday ($230 on the weekend versus $92.00 during the regular weekdays). I find this kind of pricing extremely aggressive and I would appreciate an explanation of this pricing policy.

I liked how clean it was and the breakfast that was included was a good variety of food.

It was very noisy that night with guests partying in the rooms down the hall and some next to us watching their TV way too loud, but I guess that's expected when you stay at a hotel. Not everyone is considerate of others. The bed was NOT comfortable. I woke up with a lot of back pain which is not normal for me. Again, that is a downfall to not sleeping in your own bed.

The gym was great! The breakfast was the best included breakfast we have had in a while! (That huge Belgium waffle was fantastic)! We picked a great hotel location as it is walking distance from old town Temecula. The wine/beer tour we chose was able to pick us up right from our hotel.

The breakfast was good just not enough to go around. The staff was very friendly and cooked more as requested

The king bed in the room was inside a box frame with very sharp edges and this caught my spouses knee which was just operated on and we ended up icing it to bring the swelling down. I hit the corner of the bed several times too. There is not a lot of room to get around the bed without hitting the edges.
