Everything went well, from check in to check out. Cheerful greeting and fast check in. Good quick elevators. The room had been cleaned very well no trace of past guests, The breakfast offered a lot, only extra would be a muffin or sweet roll choice.

Location and staff! Breakfast room lady was amazing, she loves what she does. Interact with guests and treat with a smily face, when you start your day with positive people you accomplish lots of things during the day! Thanks for being kind and kid friendly!

Bed that I slept, mattress and pillows,

All went well. Except for when the lady at the check-in displayed to be too busy with all the check outs and seemed I was interrupting her busy work, as I asked to check in early. She was too abrupt, short and gave me a "leave me alone with my busy work" attitude. Came from a 5hr drive, very exhausted and had to wait in the car until checkin hour which was ok- as I understand policy but the handling of a customer from her was not inviting. Informed another lady the next morning about my encounter with the first girl, she was very accepting and understanding of the girl's behavior and told me that the girl gets into her head when busy sometimes. I think, so what. I was not handled very well.

The checkin lady -if she is a manager, I would consider a re-assessment of her performance. She is a caucasian, long dirtyblonde/somewhat brown hair with a bit of a condescending tone.

did not know understand why a handicap rm would have a bath tub instead of a walk in shower. location of closet was not in a good location

Early check in was helpful as we were supposed to meet family at another location about an hour before the official check in time.

Site says there is breakfast, but there was NO breakfast. Desk did not mention anything when we checked in, and when I went by in the morning there was no evidence of breakfast bags for guests, or anyone picking any up. Now that I have stayed in other properties I probably should have asked specifics, but that is something they should tell you when you check in (susequently stayed now in five other properties and they all said how it worked.) Room was right at the back so convenient access but noisy all night due to freeway.

Convenient location was very clean rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was served early and was good!!

My husband stayed up late to watch tv and glare and noise from tv to bedroom kept me up. Maybe a divider or curtain rod with curtains to divide bedroom and living room would be helpful

I really enjoyed the gym, and the pool outside. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, its really nice.

I thought there was breakfast served, but there wasn't any. Although, they did have snack and drinks for sale in the lobby.

The room was a good size. The pool was a good size. The work out room has plenty of machines. The location was right off the freeway which was super great. There was a lot of restaurants to choose from near by.

There was no breakfast available (of course do to the pandemic ). Should had a few more towels in the room as not to bother housecleaning. Would had like to get the room a bit more earlier than 4 since I was there for a wedding.
