Very well designed suite for our 5 night stay. Comfortable bed and couch for sitting. Convenient small kitchen with ice maker in refrigerator. Excellent lighting --- both natural light and ability to control it and lamps and overhead lighting. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Bathroom layout convenient for 2.

We no longer have pets and understand that more and more people do. We wish that hotels that are pet friendly would designate a certain floor or a certain wing for folks with pets and maybe even encourage use of stairs rather than elevator. We were unhappy to be met at elevator by 10-12 year old kid with 60 pound dog. I'd also appreciate the addition of a magnifying mirror and a nightlight in the bathroom.

The soon was amazing !! So clean , included kitchenette (w/dishes ,pots,pans,utensils,dish soap and a sponge), super energy efficient, comfy beds. It was an over great experience. Coming back in November and definitely staying here again !

In the case of a two to three-day stay, amenities, towels, tissues, garbage bags, etc. would be nice to be given even if they were not cleaned. The cleaning was not very clean, and in the case of breakfast, it would be nice to have things to consider for travelers going far. For example, other hotels had detailed consideration of individual packaging of beef fruits so that they could be packed, or even preparing a boil-down of 200 to pack yogurt.

Room size is nice and has a full size fridge and freezer as well as a small electric stove and toaster. Location was great for what we needed and is pretty close to everything. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as well!

Parking may actually fill up and we had only a couple spots left available when we came back a couple of our nights. I can see this being a problem if it's a busy weekend and you run out of parking.

The gentleman that checked us in was very kind. The room was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of parking onsite. The location was convenient to Old Town, the wineries and the freeway.

Items served at breakfast such as eggs and sausage were very cold. Too bad really because the food would have been quite good if not for that. Also it appears that booking through Booking.com I was not able to earn my points for the staying at an IHG Hotel.

It is a beautiful property. The social hour and breakfast were both really good. The gentleman that checked us in and was later the bartender for social hour so extremely nice and helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable.

Housekeeping could be improved upon. There was a large mirror in our room that had a big smear across it from improper cleaning.

My wife and I enjoyed all the up to date amenities( pool hot tub gym free wash room good breakfast and more)and the convenience of getting in and out was a beautiful thing.

only flaw was the room was not ready when I arrived but that wasn’t to big a deal everything else made up for it 10 fold.

not great, the hot entree was limited and no eggs - niether day was good. they also had yogurt and bread to toast and waffle maker. the ceral dispenser was broken. I have had much better breakfast included

I liked the little kitchen and the two bedrooms and two bathroom suite. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely stay there again

I didn't like that they allow pets. I had a few bug bites and I was just hanging out sitting on the couch.

The property is extremely clean and well cared for. all of the staff I encountered went above avid beyond.

The area for dogs is tiny and not cleaned regularly. I also blame the horrible dog owners who do not pick up their dogs waste. I pray this doesn’t mess things up for us responsible dog owners.!!!
