Great location for a holiday in LA. We realised that LA as a city is very spread out. But from this hotel, all the different areas of interest were just a 20-30 mins drive including Universal Studio/Warner bros studio, Griffith observatory/Hollywood sign, Santa monica, West Hollywood. In fact, some areas such as Little Tokyo, LA City hall, Olvera street (Mexican market/historic district), Grand central market, The Last book store, The Broad, Walt Disney concert hall and so on were just a short 5-20 mins walk from the apartment. Downtown LA did not seem very safe at night but this location was quiet and safe. So overall we loved the location. The apartment itself is very nice. Very clean rooms and bathroom, spacious, comfortable beds and a cosy living room and well-equipped kitchen. The rooftop patio offered a great view of the LA skyline and was a nice space to relax in the evenings. We received details instructions for check in and checkout which are all easy to follow. The digital passcode made it super convenient and safe.

They had a really cute welcome basket when I arrived with some coffee, chips & all. The best part was that it was really close to Disneyland Park so after a tiring day at the park it was great to have a place to sleep that was just 12 or I think 15 minutes away from the Disneyland Park. It's also close to Santa Ana Airport so the next morning I reached from Orange to the airport in 20 minutes. I liked that it was walking distance to so many restaurants & convenience stores. Mark was really helpful & went a mile ahead to make my stay was comfortable. What I loved the most was the kitchen that was fully equipped so I was able to cook my own dinner.

Nothing to not like. Everything was so beautiful. I will visit again with my family next time.

The video instruction about the parking could be more easy to understand, and it's better to mention two different cards for indoor and outdoor parking.

I loved the location, space, and friendliness of the staff that I met during my stay. I felt safe and the apartment was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop and view from there in the evenings and how close the walk was to Little Tokyo and other tourist spots. I also loved that the garage was indoors so I felt very safe parking my rental car there.

The only issue I had was the AC not cooling to the temperature I set it to. I called and texted regarding this issue but was never met with a resolution. Me and my husband woke up overheating nearly every night so I wish this was fixed but other than that I would definitely stay here again if this wasn’t an issue to begin with.

Excellent location. You're down the block from Little Tokyos Japanese Village Plaza, and the metro. Parking is available, although it is at an additional cost. The apartment was Excellent. It was clean, and comfortable. There is also a common areas on the roof to relax and look over the city. My only complaint is that the check in process could have gone in more smoothly. There was a short delay in receiving my check in code. However, it was definitely worth it. I will be staying here again if possible.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Los Angeles! We were delighted by our recent stay in this wonderful apartment in Los Angeles. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating - always responding quickly to our messages and inquiries, giving us a sense of being in good hands throughout our journey. The apartment's location is truly invaluable. We found ourselves situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all that Los Angeles has to offer. All the famous landmarks were within our reach, yet we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of our comfortable haven. I can't stress enough the internet speed we had during our stay. With an incredible 200Mb/s, the internet worked flawlessly fast in all parts of the apartment. This was especially useful as we were able to connect with the world and share our moments with family and friends without any issues. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The interior of the apartment is truly impressive - we felt like we had settled into a lavish yet cozy home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, whether it was a shorter or longer trip. We'd like to particularly commend the apartment's suitability for all types of guests. Whether you're traveling alone or with family, this apartment will welcome you with open arms. The space is adaptable and comfortable for all ages. The parking garage was secure and easily accessible via an elevator. We felt completely safe and at ease knowing our car was well-protected during our stay. 1. location was safe and quiet but within a walking distance to restaurants, grocery and almost next door to little Tokyo which was a bonus to our surprise as my children are big fans of anime. we felt fortunate that we manage to stir up their excitement on day 1. 2. the accommodation itself was fabulous enough for us because of the apartment size. we came from across the globe and after more than 24 hours of travelling, its good to have enough space to roll around and mend jetlag. it has a good sized lounge which has sofa bed, TV with brilliant channels to choose from and a functional bedroom - decent size having number of luggages. 3. it is self catering but equipped with everything you need to clean up. washing machine and dryer, stove, and all clean and decent cutleries, dishwasher, hoover etc. it also comes with cleaning materials so it was very convenient. and a massive clean fridge! 4. well ventilated, you wont feel claustrophobic. also, theres a lovely area on the upper deck where you can sit and have coffee in the morning with a view of the city. 5 . the host is very responsive and happy to solve the issue or meet halfway.

1. its not really bad but would recommend to stay connected with the host in terms of arrival etc. we had issues with the access as we werent comfortable giving our full credit card details which includes CVC hence we had to arrange meeting on site manager to show our card physically (didnt happen in the end and they manage to sort something out for us). just a little hiccup on our check in because of the miscommunication but what matters is that the host were fab enough to meet halfway and assist to solve immediately. given the chance, we will choose this place to stay again. they are very responsive with communication which was very important. 2. again, not much of an issue but would be lovely to have a more firm bed :) 3. and maybe some shelves to store clothes

Very well equipped apartment with plenty of space and beautiful view from a shared terrace over LA downtown. Apartments is located in the new building in Little Tokyo district, with a walking distance to japaneese restaurants and LA downtown. We had all conviniences. Apartment is very well furnished (full equipped kitchen, washing and drying machines and other usefull things). It is clean and we really relaxed there. Because of bigger space and all conveniences we preffer it over hotels in which we stayed. Good contact with host.

Registration process required us to fill form, provided via whatsapp with all personal and fragile data (pictures of an ID, data of an credit card). We didn't like it and do not find it safe and secure to provide such data to links shared via whatsapp. But I appreciate that our host, when we raised our objection, allowed us to provide data in more secure way via booking. Contact with the host was immaculate.

The property seems new - very clean and comfortable. There is even free WiFi and a washer and dryer with some laundry pods. The people were very responsive and friendly. The property is right next to Little Tokyo - great Japanese food and some cool shops. Buses are easily accessible and frequent.

It was really great. It would be nice to have some drawers to put things in, but this was not a big deal. It was also hard for me to find a non-Japanese grocery store, though I eventually found a Target.

I did like how close it was to Little Tokyo - literally walking distance from the shops - it was fun to walk around and browse stores nearby. I also like the idea of contactless check in and check out. It was very efficient and they provided step-by-step videos on how to do everything, which is great for someone with autism like me.

The toilet paper kind of sucks. It tears so easily and you can barely wipe with it. Also I wasn't sure what the system was for disposing of trash, like how to dispose of it, but that felt like something I could have asked about. Aside from that, the lighting in the living room was limited to a single lamp.
