Lovely cleaning staff. Great location for our local event, a wedding across the street. Decent in-house coffee.

Front desk staff was sometimes clueless. Check in was delayed. Parking was pricey so we did not rent a car.

In general this hotel is Superb. The room is large and clean. The bed is comfy. The location is perfect next to train station. There are restaurants next door attached to the hotel. I like most the Japanese Garden where we could safely get the fresh air outside the building. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

One thing I didn't like is that the hotel did not provide drinking water everyday while the tap water in the room was not potable.

Great location in LA downtown(next to Civic Center and Union Station). Very comfortable Hotel to stay several nights. Special is the Japanese garden. Good breakfast with everything you need to start the day in LA. Little Tokyo and a grocery store next to corner.

Unfriendly service in the restaurant/breakfast, set us with our baby next to the freezy air conditioner and made us an inappropriate hint to give a tip at least 5$ (breakfast included).Room and garage elevators are separate (you need to cross the whole lobby to get to the room elevators from the garage.

Room was comfortable and clean, all your staff was good except rude and aggressive staff Jannifer.

Your staff Jannifer was very rude and aggressive, really she can't handle customer, I told her I mostly use Double tree hilton, your behavior definitely I will not select next time this hotel she said rudely fine means she doesn't want to me come again, I requested few minutes to extend, really very rude staff , all other were very nice.

The hotel was excellent and had all the facilities expected of a hotel under the Hilton group. I enjoyed my room and the staff were polite. I also liked the breakfast although it was not a buffet it was quite varied in options to select.

The location of the hotel is not close to some of the more touristic destinations such as Hollywood walk of fame, Beverley Hills etc but having said that one metro can take you to those places within 20 mins. Area in general appeared safe as well.

I enjoyed my stay very much although. The bed was very comfortable clean and upon checking in to give you a warm chocolate chip cookie! They also have a radio/alarm in the room also if you have trouble sleeping at night they have a station which goes on repeat for a couple hours To sleep easier with soothing music. At the lounge area you walk in and there's a bar which looks very stylish and welcoming.

the hotel was very good - responded right away when there was a problem. Changed our room when they could not fix the problem right away. The housekeeper on saturday was excellent - the room smelled clean when she was done. She dusted everything - the room had not been dusted in a while.

the housekeeping on wed/thur/fri - not the best. the bed was made with the sheets not tucked in on the bottom. We had to remake the bed. Parking and breakfast cost really high and then tax added to both costs.

Paying for car parking is kind of wierd as usually they should allow free parking for the booked rooms. 1 car per booked room should be possible but charging for car parking is little wired. I did stayed in Vegas and they have free parking in the peak areas.

This hotel has friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, and makes the check in process quick and easy. Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Great value for the price. Will book again the next time I'm visiting the area.

Parking fee is steep if you're driving your own car or have a rental.
