The room was very nice and comfortable, check-in staff was efficient and professional, the breakfast was always tasty and well served. The room was always kept clean and the staff were helpful and friendly when I ran across them.

My checkout experience diminished th e overall excellent experience at your property. The individual at the desk was surly and uncommunicative. I had several questions and they were not answered. Even my presence there during checkout seemed to be a bother. Those few minutes spoiled the several days of my stay. I would stay there again, but be cautious and ask to speak to the manager before I checked out to ensure a smoother experience.

Big spacious room with extra couch area and very comfortable bed, small fridge, coffee maker, table and chair, nice very clean bathroom. American style breakfast is included. Very good value compared to what you get for the same price in other places. Very friendly and proactive employees. Felt like a luxurious experience. Rooms are well isolated, you ve got privacy and dont hear other guests.

There was no water offered in the room. Only option to get drinking water is the dispenser in the fitness room.

The property was very quiet. Accommodations were clean and the front desk was responsive to our needs for supplies during our week there (we chose not to have daily housekeeping).

We had a 2 queen suite. The room was very nice and spacious. My only beef was that the bathroom had a tub/shower combo with NO grab bars to assist with entry/exit into the tub. Also….seating in the breakfast area is limited, but there are areas in the beautiful courtyard to eat IF the weather is warm enough.

The air conditioner has a strange smell (though I’m not sure if all rooms have the same issue) - there’s no kettle in the room - the walls are very thin (no privacy), and any movement on the upper floor can disturb sleep.

The breakfast was very nice. Location and facilities were good.

We were disappointed with how the damage deposit was applied. I understand the hotel taking the damage deposit and holding it until everything is checked out but because it was processed and then credited it back the next day, with the exchange rate and foreign currency bank fees, we were charged an extra 9 dollars with the exchange rate. Small amount yes, but it is still an extra charge which is not necessary. It should have just been held and not processed unless there was damage.

Courtyard with fountain and fire pit is a great amenity. Wide choice of cold and warm options for breakfast. Convenient restaurant in property.

The rooms are short of electrical outlets, a serious problem for the contemporary traveler Warm breakfast choices of eggs, sausage and potatoes were mediocre.

What a hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised coming from Arizona on business we were uncertain about location and thank goodness for the posted reviews that led us here. Definitely would stay here again. My husband was so impressed with the room and location. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and the room was a nice size. He normally doesn't sleep well the first night anywhere and that wasn't a problem for him. The staff was accommodating to our requests. Thanks so much!

I requested a room change andI liked the room Daniel moved me to. He was pleasant and understood my reason (view is important). I also LOVE the scratch restaurant… very tasty dishes.

The first room assigned had a horrible parking lot view on the bottom floor. SUPER disappointing being that I booked in advance and bc last time I stayed at this property I had a nice view. I was expecting same as last time I booked last minute.

It is definitely a great value. Staff is super nice and helpful. The property has a really cozy outdoor patio that has a fire pit and fountain. The breakfast is lovely. Fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels and the best salsa. Room is comfortable. two tvs- one in sitting area and one in sleeping area. plenty of parking. loved the product- shampoo/conditioner/body wash. they even have fresh baked cookies when you arrive.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I liked the outdoor area with a fountain and a fireplace. It is in a beautiful area with shops and restaurants nearby. I would stay again.

The refrigerator was not cold enough and my milk and food spoiled. The breakfast buffet had cold food, wasn’t replenished quickly and had few choices.
