There was some construction going on at the time of our stay - we know about it before hadn so all good. We have stayed here many years again and love it so we came back :) the new look and changes are going to be even better

Staff at check out were all grouped in a side room- could see I was waiting and there was one lady running aroung making sure that people were bing taking care of - thank you to her

The location is very close to the base of Palisades and an easy walk for food or drinks. For skiing there is a shuttle that runs all day so you can put your boots on in your room and get to the slopes easily. There is a room with a nice bed, tv, easy chair and bench, a separate large bathroom, and a family room with a kitchenette. There is a large couch and folding dinner table. Overall, the room(s) have a mountain cottage vibe.

Location is great. Walking distance from Palisade Tahoe Ski Resort. The facility also has a clean swimming pool where kids enjoy a lot. Additionally, the multiple jacuzzi are also great for the family to relax after long day skiing, cross country, snow shoes or sow boarding. Furthermore, the community building, with full kitchen is an absolute plus.

Building / facility renovation is welcomely needed. More modern upgrade would increase the better experience for many customer. Adding restaurant and activity room for kids are recommended.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. We spent some time in the game room, which wasn't big, but provided a lot of fun and entertainment.

The rooms and building could definitely use some updating, but we understand that the decor is part of the charm of staying here. The game room was a little stinky, possibly because of its proximity to the gym, but it wasn't bad enough to keep us out of there.

Rooms were really comfortable and the Suite was nice having the pullout queen sleeper! Loved the back balcony as well! So many Utensils and cooking supplies as well! You really have everything you need. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Shon at the front desk was great. Loved the free shuttle to the village as well

A little too expensive. Could've used some newer TVs. Other than that, amazing. Beds could've been more comfy as well

The location is beautiful and there are activities for all ages. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and nicer than expected. I liked the living area being separated from the bedroom. And the view from my private balcony was spectacular.

My bed was very uncomfortable but my kids bed in their room was very nice. There is no air conditioning, but box fans were provided.

We loved the separate living room and fully equipped kitchenette. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony to start our days. We appreciated how clean the suite was. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and we liked how quickly the hot water came on.

The coffee pot was confusing to use. The toilet paper was a little rough.

Excellent location for skiing at Palisades with a better rate than hotels in the village. Hotel Shuttle runs every 10mins. It’s a 2 min drive or a 10-15 minute walk to the main entrance of the resort. This allows you to avoid the congested parking lot and horrendous traffic getting in and out of the resort on ski days.

No fireplace in the rooms. No breakfast. Property is a little outdated.

The location, the staff and the room with pretty much everything I needed.

There was a lot of construction in the hotel, with lots of noise and "shaking". They told us that beforehand but it wasn't very nice when it was very close to the apartment.

Quaint and accommodating. A picturesque winter wonderland after 3’ of fresh snow. A reasonable brisk walk to the village.

Our room was on the first floor facing the pool/spa area (#124)There was a noticeable clinical odor to the room. Housekeeping indicated that the smell was emitted from the pool area. Perhaps the snow accumulation prevented proper ventilation but we acclimated and did not feel that we needed to change rooms.
