Pretty, quiet, with lots of atmosphere. Perfect for relaxing a few days. Friendly staff that aimed to please.

A bit tricky if you need to use this as a hotel during a regular work week. It is more of a leisurely hotel with 9 to 5 office attendance, so best for holiday travelers who are not in a hurry. If you are the latter, this would be a very nice place for you. Breakfast possibility depends on when the restaurant opens (apparently not M. or Tu.), when it is available it is after 9 am, which is a bit late if you need to get started with your day. If the breakfast could start a bit earlier that would be great.

The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, and the hotel was lovely, unique, and conveniently located. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious, too. The soaking tub with jets was incredible after traveling and having the lovely furnishings, small sun window, and fireplace next to it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and spacious, and the shower was very large with great water pressure, too. Everything in the room created a deeply relaxing atmosphere. It was quiet while I was there. The heater/ ac unit in the room is very fast working, so you can achieve your perfect room temp in a matter of minutes!

That I had to leave! I literally can’t wait to come back some day.

Los Arboles is a solid choice in Palm Springs, the grounds are nice, well kept, the restaurant on site is popular and good, OVERALL its definitely worth a stay.

it was just (1) little thing, this particular weekend they weather sucked, it was raining pretty much the whole weekend BUT we were the ONLY people in the pool, and i was playing my portable speaker, the front desk came to me and said NO PORTABLE SPEAKERS AT THE POOL, WHAT????? No one around, raining, in the jacuzzi listening to some tunes..

We had such a great time — thankyou to the Los Arboles staff, who were warm and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a room with a private patio (where there were hammocks and comfy chairs). Everything was immaculate, quiet and comfortable. This feels like a lovely low key place to unwind. Nothing flashy or pretentious— just exceptionally clean and comfortable. We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday in early October — which seems like a great time to visit if you like the quiet. We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves for most of our stay, which was such a pleasure! The location was great— really close to Cheekys which is amazing for breakfast. Nice to also be able to use the hotel bikes and freely drift around Palm Springs!

Idyllic setting of rooms around swimming pool with large comfortable sun loungers. Views of mountains. Stunning roof top terrace with sofas. Walking distance of restaurants bars and shops. Try cheeky for breakfast and Tac/Quila for dinner. Peaceful & relaxing. Well equipped rooms. Very friendly owner and staff. Adjacent hotel owned restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we weren’t able to try it out during our stay.

We loved our stay at Los Arboles, the staff were all lovely, the location was great, the room and pool were perfect and the food from the restaurant was amazing - if we ever have the chance to come back to Palm Springs will stay at Los Arboles! P.s we staid here during Coachella and we thought it was a good location for it, it's a 20min walk to the nearest shuttle station (official festival shuttles) but considering everything we didn't find this a problem, as really enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel after and before the festival each day.

Nothing - everything was perfect!

What stood out strongly was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind. Sooo kind that it motivated me to write this. From the front desk to the restaurant people felt like family. Pool was beautiful and relaxing. There was an unexpected construction project early on a Saturday morning. The manager went way above and beyond to make it up to me. The trip was for a sad purpose but the hotel i selected turned out to be a gem. I felt very well taken care of in a moment when i really needed it. Thank you Los Arboles.

A really charming family-run hotel/motel with lots of character and very close to the centre of Palm Springs. Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely swimming pool and an excellent, highly-rated restaurant on site - (but note, not open every night). And very good value in the price range

I would have liked a fridge and a desk in the room - which was a bit on the small side. But the lack would not stop me returning

Staff at front desk was very friendly, helpful with the facilities and local attraction information. Hotel was lovely - looks just like their website. Room was comfortable, very clean, great amenities. Parking was super convenient. Location was walking distance to great dining and shopping and sightseeing (only short drive to the tramway). The attached restaurant, Mirasol, was yummy for breakfast and dinner.

Valentina was Mgr on duty and she was great! Informative and professional and very friendly. Los Arboles has a lot of charm and loves the tiled floors and bathroom, as well as Mirasol restaurant on premises too. The statue of Jose Cuervo right outside my room was cute and added character too…pool was lovely…great stay!
