The rooms are spacious and comfortable and it was pretty clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots & bowls, dishes and cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, water heater and more. It is great for a family. We could prepare our own breakfast and snacks and warm up food. We didn't cook. For cooking you would need to bring your own oil and pantry items. More so than the apartment we liked the racquet club, which had very well maintained facilities with a nice pool and activities for kids.

Although the rooms were clean, the cleaning product that was used left some kind of residue on the furniture and floor that gave it a sticky feeling and the need to wipe it all down. It was very sparse with consumable items such as toilet paper (no extra) or detergent tabs for the dishwasher (one), empty shower gel etc. I suppose you can ask for more if you need it, so not really a big deal, just maybe a bit annoying.

the pool and jacuzzi hours. it would be nice if they could have an adult only time say from 8pm-11pm. also the front desk hours if to be shorten should have a drop box as well as a pick up box so you can come and go as you please. it disrupts the visit to make sure you get to the front desk 9-11am if you were a late check in. maybe figure a way to do the credential deposit over the phone or through an app

We loved the facilities and the local area. The size of the accommodation was perfect for our family of four and the kitchen is well equipped.

We had a downstairs unit and unfortunately our upstairs neighbors were very noisy. We had two different ones during our stay so I believe it more to be the lack of soundproofing between the floors than the actual neighbours themselves.

Cleanliness, spacious, quiet, beautiful, and serene. Compl kitchen with utensils and appliances when booking a 2 bedroom suite. They respond to your needs immediately! Washer and dryer in unit. Great restaurants and hikes nearby.

After hours instructions/ procedures. No cleaning services if you stay less than 7 day. Local stores are very pricey.

This location is great. Out of town up next to the mountains and lots of things to do for the kidos. Whether its swimming, or playing out in the basket ball, or tennis or for smaller kidos there is a play ground. Very great and quiet place to relax, great from being out in the mountains for a while. 👍

I was fine but it is up about 20-30 min drive from towns. Closes town maybe 15 min so this place is great for being out away from towns or cities.

We loved our stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Our suite had everything we needed and more. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed the quietness despite there being a lot of families coming and going. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The pool was a little out of the way from our suite.

Everything was amazing, the room was so much bigger than I thought it was going to be. Great place to stay if you are going to be here for a while.

I wish the pool was a little closer to our building, but the walk was nice, nothing that wouldnt make me stay here again.

The pillows in bedroom were to thick. Flatter pillow should be added to closet storage for people who like flatter pillows. People who sleep on there stomach use flat pillows. I didn't sleep well with the thick pillows.

We didn’t have breakfast but the location was beautiful. We opened the doors in the morning, enjoyed the patio while drinking our coffee taking in the great view.

The only thing that we had a hard time with was getting the showers warm enough. You could get nice hot water in the sinks but not in the showers. We told the person at the front desk & they were going to look into it.

Our family always enjoys the location. The recreational area is always clean and friendly

The kitchen suite needed a little TLC. The cabinets were in need of replacing, they were sticking and dingy. All else was a bit older but well kept.
