We came to the area for our son’s graduation from Marines basic training. We could not have chosen a better place. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff are amazing!! Art, who is at the front desk, was such a gracious host. The property is close to the base, airport, and Old Town (which is full of restaurants.) Art gave us coupons at restaurants. They also have transportation and picked us up from airport, took us to the base for graduation and picked us up, and drove us to and from Old Town, and then back to the airport. They have a good breakfast, as well as a pool and store onsite.

Our room was close to the freeway, so there was some traffic noise.

The hotel was next to a very busy highway but the staff gave us a room at the opposite side of the hotel which was very quiet. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to the trolley at Washington Street or catch the hotel shuttle to Old Town. The shuttle was also available for the airport. We liked the convenience of the laundry and the shop was well equipped.

We had housekeeping every day for the first four days but not after that although we would have liked it. The shuttle to Old Town was available on demand from 5am to midnight but the shuttle to the airport was only available once an hour, on the hour which didn’t fit in with our flight time.

The shuttle service was absolutely amazing and very much appreciated! We got a ride from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the base for family day, back to the hotel, back to base again for graduation, back to the hotel, and then back to the airport again! It made things much easier for my husband & I and for our new Marine. The shuttle driver we got from the airport to the hotel wasn't very friendly but the other ones we had during our stay were amazing! Very friendly and helpful! The full breakfast was delicious, and there was a great variety to choose from.

My only complaint was that the bathroom door in the room is really heavy door and won't stay open on its own unless you prop it open with something. My husband and I found this annoying as we like to keep the door open unless we're using the restroom.

The staff was ever so polite and helpful. I really appreciated the attitude of both people I worked with...the night of check-in and upon check-out. Because I had such an early flight, they even offered the shuttle back to the airport earlier than usual. They are to be commended. Thank you!

Maybe offering breakfast a bit earlier for those of us with early flights, but it wasn't a big deal. After all, you can't expect too much at 5 am!

The room was large, bright and comfortable. Best of all, having exited our ship early morning, the staff allowed us to check in early … as soon as a room was available at no extra charge. Although there was no restaurant, there was a good selection of snacks, drinks and packaged foods. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although we did not use it, there was a free shuttle available to take folks into town for dinner. The next morning we caught a free shuttle to the airport. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends. Thank you.

Everything was fine except there were not many TV channel available. However, we had free Wi-Fi so we’re able to use our devices.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was so friendly, very helpful. They provided excellent customer service, especially Elijah! The location is great! The shuttle service was such a blessing. We would recommend staying here!

We were grateful for the breakfast, however,would prefer more variety.

The windows were super noise reduced. Even though our window was on the freeway side we did not hear the noise from the traffic. Since there are no shops in the neighborhood, it helped that there was a little Shop in the hotel. It was also a great help that there were shuttles to/from car rental as well as the airport. It made our stay much easier.

Stay was decent. The freeway was tolerable. The continental breakfast was good. The shuttle to attractions saved us $$$ on Uber (It can get expensive). Safe travels friends!

An individual answering the phone was rude when we called to be picked up from the airport. Guy was literally yelling at me. I was traveling for the first time with my kids and was waiting at the wrong terminal, he had me nearly in tears. Maybe he was having a bad day but that’s wasn’t okay.

great location and the free shuttle service to airport and old town is amazing! very helpful. Adhraa at the reception was brilliant! So very helpful and delightful!

if you are in downstairs rooms, it can get very noisy when people in the room above walk around. literally had constant stomping noise during the whole stay. when you are in upstairs room (which we were a week before this stay) it was absolutely fine.
