The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and had a nice rooftop patio. I also enjoyed the fire pit on the main floor patio. This was a great location close to incredible restaurants and with a bus stop right outside the door. Getting around the city was easy and it was close to tourist destinations like the Palace of Fine Arts.

I wish the room had a true exterior window. Our room’s window was to an open air interior courtyard that meant I didn’t feel comfortable having the blinds open as people could walk by and see right in. Don’t come expecting a room with a view, as all the rooms we saw had interior facing windows.

Hotel cozy, modern and close to main visiting points. The bus 28 and 43 is right in front of the hotel. You can buy tickets via Munimobile apps. We took a day pass as you can use the cable train, the bus, the metro, the tramway with this pass. You cannot use the SamTrans buses with that pass but you have enough with all I indicated. Just at the entrance of the hotel there is a Café where you can have a good coffee and something for breakfast. Very convenient. At the top of the hotel there are 2 patios where you can enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. For the night, there are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, very quiet and local clients.

The staff was professional and friendly, especially the evening staff. The facility felt secure and safe.

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower. The bathroom was spacious and fit a wheelchair beautifully. The distance between the bed and the furniture- desk, table, dresser was a little too narrow for me to get my chair through. I’m f I were traveling alone I wouldn’t have been able to get to the bathroom. Also, the shower is a rolling and there’s a drain in the shower and another in the middle of the bathroom. The floor gets very wet and makes transferring from the shower bench to the wheelchair a little difficult. The wheelchair wheels tracked water in and out of the bathroom because of this so the carpet gets wet. This sounds nit picky, but it matters to someone needing an accessible room.

The location. It was between two busy commercial streets with many bars and restaurants nearby, Not all cuisines perhaps but suitable for many occasions. One block away are quiet mid-up scale residential areas for walking at any time while admiring their architectures (use your eyes) and gardens (use your imagination). The bus is literally at the doorstep. One day I had to leave at 3:30 a.m., and I still relied on a $2.00 bus ride.

Homeless people and potential crimes. Ladies are advised not to walk out alone during certain hours. It's hard to blame any one person for that, but it is an unfortunate situation nevertheless. We were told that many other places would be worse, but it is still something bothered us.

The location is excellent! The room was clean and nice. We loved the bathroom, it was really comfortable. You can find patios on the 4th floor, it's a great place to have some rest. The room is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, and a sink.

For me, the mattress was too soft and the pillows are too big, but it's my personal preference. We missed kitchen utensils a lot. Fortunately, we had a friend in SF who provided us with plates, spoons, and mugs. It would be great if you add a couple of mugs and spoons at least that kitchen corner becomes more useful.

Dyann at the front desk was always helpful and cheery. It is a small hotel, so very personable. If you stay, request the back side of the hotel as it is a bit noisy off the Main Street. They do provide ear plugs. The patios are very nice. A hot tub would make it even better. We walked all over and always felt safe! Napizza and Roma Antica are both excellent restaurants around the corner (I’m celiac and highly recommend)!

The parking is a bit tough. We parked on the street so there was no fee but you have to move you car to another street by 8am for street sweeping.

we found this last minute and it was good for what we needed! the room was super spacious and had everything you could have needed (fridge, microwave, steamer, hairdryer, etc.) THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING! truly one of the best showers i’ve ever used. overall, a really good stay!

no on site parking. there was a parking garage a few bloacks over but we saw at least 4 cars windows smashed out. we parked there during the day but we parked on the street at night just to bed safe. we also we’re so sure about the windows to the hallway, but the blackout curtain was perfect

A small but modern hotel in north San Francisco. Our room was very well furnished. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and there was also a small kitchenette. There is a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the hotel's rooftop terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All sights can be reached by bus and train in a short time. Around the hotel there are shops and many restaurants. There are no meals available at the hotel itself. However, a small coffee shop directly at the hotel makes delicious snacks and offers a 5 percent discount for hotel guests. We'd love to come back.

Spotless hotel in a great location. Neighbourhood is very safe and has plenty of bars & restaurants to enjoy. We saw some bad reviews for the car park around the corner so decided to park at a secure car park on union street roughly 10 mins walk away, it was $30 a for 24hrs and very secure. The hotel’s loading bay at the entrance makes unpacking and repacking the car with luggage super easy. Also the rooftop has fantastic views of the city. Overall by far the best option we had found in San Francisco, especially for the price.

Nothing!

Staff was amazing!! So accommodating and attentive! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The front desk is indoors that you need a keycard to get into at night which felt so safe. Rooms were clean, with a microwave included, a “kitchen” sink, comfy comfy bed and pillows, great HVAC. They don’t have parking but the lot around the corner is relatively cheap and I didn’t have any break in issues. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. They even have a cafe literally attached to the side that has some coffees and breakfasty stuff.
