There are plenty of restaurants around this location. I love the parking spaces (although not guaranteed). The staff was very friendly. New cameras around the premises.

It's San Francisco, so don't expect quiet anywhere in the city. The towels they provide are very thin and small and you do have to track someone down for clean towels in exchange for dirty ones. The rooms are a little outdated and need some work; one had a broken shower curtin and no working vent or screen on the window. One room had a very old refrigerator and a flickering bathroom light, and our 3rd room smelled like jalapeños? But if you're going to be out most of the day, this place is great to sleep and door dash some treats. We took some lysol and clorox wipes for our own peace of mind :)

Great value for the money, the rooms were clean, the fridge and microwave were appreciated and the staff were all friendly. The location is amazing, just a 10 min walk to the ocean with a view of alcatraz and the golden gate bridge, lots of restaurants and bars in the area and the hotel is always easy to find and the free parking is a huge plus in San Francisco! We would happily stay here again!

The rooms are spacious and clean. A big plus for the bed which was very comfy. Also, the parking lot was included.

The fact that you must do the checkout at 10.

The appliances worked, free parking (first come first serve), parking til 2 on the day of checkout, showers were amazing. Staff were very helpful in allowing me to extend my stay. Fantastic location and a great price.

Our door was paper thin and you could so clearly hear all the road raging rush hour traffic. But everything else was great, highly recco.

The lady at the front desk during her shift should be a little bit more accommodating in dealing with issues at this facility, not in rush mood or more of willing to help mood. I understand she’s busy but pls make sure you’re in the right attitude when serving with customers, right?

The pricing of the room was affordable. The room was very nice and of good quality furniture.

The parking some nights were packed. We had to be at the hotel to secure our parking spot earlier than desired. The parking lot is very small.

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff

We had two rooms here, the first was clean and nice, the second was disappointing.. missing the deadbolt, missing light bulbs, missing the towel hanger and generally less clean than the first room (it was a smoking king room). The walls were paper thin and you heard every strange thing going on in other rooms at all hours of the night.

The location is close to Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate Bridge, and restaurants. Free parking as well. There is microwave and airconditioned is working fine.

We were having a hard time to open the door using the key cards.

Very central location, right on the bus line helpful staff and spacious, loved that we had a mini fridge and microwave

could hear other guests above really loudly and street noise but thats easily remedied with some ear plugs

Perfect location. Our room (#218) was perfect. No problem with the parking, which is a great plus in San Francisco.

We regretted the suppression of breakfast (COVID? Probably, but it's no longer as applicable as it used to be...). Pleases re-instate the breakfast. Sometimes loud radios in cars, but that's everywhere.
