The decor and ambiance was perfect. Check-in and Check-out are arranged smoothly and are very convenient. The lounge offers some amenities like water, bags for tea and a microwave with enough seating, which was very appreciated. If you needed another towel, there was a supply cupboard to help your self. The location of the Hotel is very convenient close enough to take a short Uber or walk to the Mission, twin peaks or fisherman’s wharf.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner. harder to reach surfaces, corners and surfaces like baseboards don’t seem to get cleaned properly and/or for every guest. There are hardly any restaurants or coffee shops outside the hotel.

Enjoyed the room and the location. Great communication before and after the stay, very seamless and easy to follow.

If I were to be super picky, I wasn't very happy with the outside noise and the fact that there was very little ventilation in the room. After the first night we understood why there was a Soundscape machine and ear plugs. Our room looked over to the street and in order to get fresh air, the windows needed to be open, but there was no screens or anything that could keep bugs, birds or similar, (nothing happened or got in) but it was a bit scary.

Room has all you can possibly need. Clean and spacious enough. Very safe area. Alison was super friendly. Thank you!! Also, storage room very handy to be able to explore the city without carrying luggage if having a late flight.

Could not adjust room temperature (central heating) but they provide coolers and heaters.

Room was clean and cosy and had good facilities. Nice having the cold water machine available at all times. Great location to all parts of the city.

The rooms were not cleaned/bins empties for our entire visit. For the price, it would have been good for this to happen.

I like not having a check-in and the “unstaffed” property. The room was tight, but comfortable.

The common room is beautiful, but other guests were not respectful - for example doing a Zoom call in the common area - maybe that’s what it’s for - but I found it rude.

Besides the great location we really like the hotel and the room. Checking in online went smooth

Location was excellent. Building felt secure, clean and the common room is a very nice space. My room was clean comfy & decently furnished.

Door code is tricky but I got the hang of it. I miss the complimentary granola, juices & fruit. Surely you can find a sanitary means to provide pre-packaged cereals & milk?

The concept of the Sonder is fantastic - codes for both entry to building and room - shared dining room and seating area, luggage storage accessible by code.
