Plenty of parking, nice swimming pool area, Pleasant staff, quiet area, short distance to walk to restaurants. Liked the Jr suite had windows we could open to let in fresh air.

We booked a Jr suite for three adults and one child but there was only coffee cups and drinking glasses for two, not enough towels in bathroom and no bedding for the pull out sofa bed which was taken care of as soon as we called hospitality but I thought the Jr suite should have been prepared. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The refrigerator was not at all cold.We checked to see if it was plugged in and it was but could not find the control dial to set it to cold temperature. Deck off room very tiny could barely sit two persons. We had requested a early check in was called at 2:30 room was ready. Check in time is 3:00. For what one pays I think hotels should make it so you can check in by noon.

The location was ideal, walking distance of multiple great restaurants and bars, as well as cafes and convenience stores. The decor and style of the building was extremely nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean and mostly very comfortable to stay in.

My wife found the bed to be uncomfortable for her and thought that perhaps the mattress needed flipping, as she was aware of a noteable indent in the bed, causing her to roll in the night. The bathtub faucet only reached lukewarm when trying to fill the tub, but the shower reached a good temperature.

updated decor ie: flooring and suite was “ cute” according to my sons gf when they visited to open his birthday gifts. setting in Los Gatos was dicey this trip with the rain pouring for well over half my six night stay. my room was At the bottom of a steep hill that I was concerned about but it’s such a beautiful setting and close to everything. within walking distance of downtown Los Gatos.

The hotel had a great location, very walkable into the heart of the town. The pool was nice but smaller than it looked in the photos. The hotel itself had interesting decor (lots of oil painting repros in fancy frames, Italian plates hanging on the walls) and the carpet was plush and made the hallways very quiet. Our room was spacious (we had a king 1 bedroom suite). The bathroom was really nice - tub, large shower, separate toilet. The bed was VERY comfortable. Our room was very clean - the bathroom was spotless. We enjoyed the electric car charging option (2 J1772 and 2 Tesla chargers.)

The property could have had water bottles in the room free of charge. There was complimentary water bottle filling by the pool and in the lobby, but no cups nearby in case you wanted a glass of filtered water. We were on the hotel's east side, facing the property next door, and the room was very dark. The hotel did not seem full and we would have preferred a room on the top floor facing the pool. Those seemed to get more light.

this was a wonderful property to stay at while in town for a wedding. We loved the style and Mediterranean architecture. There was a group of us staying, and the swimming pool was a wonderful place together. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved how centrally located the hotel was to the downtown where we walked for dinner.

It was closer to the restaurants, Mountain Winery concert that we went, hotel was really beautiful, the decor and the building itself, very Spaniard style. We got to checked in early because it just happened that we arrived early. I would definitely stay here again in the future and will tell my friends and family. Love it!

I was charged 50$ more at the hotel. the staff explained to me that’s the amenity fee for parkingC internet, and pool. But I double checked my booking, there was no place this fee was mentioned. My booking even had a summary of all cost + fee & tax, this fee was never mentioned. I would have appreciated it if they could put this fee up front

Lovely luxurious ambience, great facilities and staff that were so , so helpful. spotlessly clean room which was well thought out and had all the touches needed for a lovely stay. Walking distance to downton Los Gatos which has a range of lovely shops, restaurants and events.

nothing , we loved everything. I only marked down a little on price - as visitors from the UK the room rates seem high but I think probably pretty in keeping with standards for this area.

The property was stunning and I loved how peaceful it was during most of the stay. Would recommend it and would come back! Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the complimentary coffee and water refill station. Pool was quiet and nice.

I didn't count on the bar downstairs being open late. As I was there for work and had to wake up early.

The hotel was charming and everyone there was service oriented. It was perfectly located in a quiet area of the city but still you could walk anywhere. Los Gatos is a beautiful city to be in with lots of shops and restaurants. Beautiful parks in the area.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the stay. The area is a bit pricey but a perfect retreat and rewarding vacation.
