Location was fantastic. Staff were super friendly.

The room was soooo much smaller than I had anticipated. We were not able to fold out our carry on size bags as the King Size bed took up nearly the entire room. We were lucky to have left our large suitcases in our rental car, otherwise we wouldn’t have had any space to move in the room.

Everything was extremely clean; the staff was very friendly & helpful: immediately addressed any concerns. Very spacious hotel lobby & outside sitting area. Convenient parking. It was an idea location: in walking distance of the shops, museums & restaurants in the Funk Zone & the wharf.

The room & bathroom were unexpectedly exceptionally claustrophobic; we were glad that we paid for the attached patio area, There were no chairs but one small stool. Except for the backless stool;, sitting was confined to the bed or outside patio area. The bed was extremely soft & painful to our backs. Definitely not the value for the money.

The staff was extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. The lobby is stunning yet quaint. Our room didn't have mini refrigerators, but the staff happily stored my ice packs in the employee freezer so I could make it back through TSA on the plane with my meds. The location is perfect!

I only wish our room (206), had any view other than a giant wall out the window. With that said, we only used our room as a place to sleep, not so much a place to spend much time at. In addition, Booking.com misled me into thinking I would have a balcony via the photos of the room I purchased. This was not true.

I like the property because it is a waking distance to where you want to eat and shop around. It’s my first time at San Barbara with my boyfriend and it was the best experience ever. When we check in the receptionist inform us about the good places to eat around the hotel and even have us a discount to drinks and tacos. Amazing!!! I would love to come back to visit again. To me and my boyfriend it felt like a dream coming to San Barbara wasn’t expecting it to be that good love the environment, especially the beach.

Everything! Located two blocks from the main Pier and in the heart of the sweet central locale of Santa Barbara! The hotel features artwork all year long that just gave it that extra touch of class and culture! They went the extra mile with all amenities and details in the room, classy, clean and charming! Such an elegant yet charming hotel! There are to lovely outdoor balcony seating areas to lounge and take in the beauty all around! Also there were complimentary bicycles to use! Truly can’t say enough! Stay here!!

The location is more than ideal! Steps away from the beach, the Funk Zone, and everything State street has to offer. The rooms are clean and modern. Also, Santo Mezcal is connected so yummy drinks and food are just downstairs

The size of the rooms were very small. It was a tight fit for the two of us. The bathrooms were equally as tiny making it difficult even for one person to comfortably move around

Location was wonderful! Staff was friendly and helpful! Hotel was clean and overall accommodating. Restaurant was delicious and conveniently close!

Room was very small and tight. My husband brought his clubs to golf and we had to rearrange things a bit to ensure everything fit in the room to where we could move around.

Super hard pillows, small-ish rooms, parking lot is a bit small. Valet asked if we could park our car in a lot down the street. Why have a valet if I’m parking my car myself.

Location could not be beat, i.5 blocks from the Harbor and Stearns Wharf, center of the "Funk Zone" easy walk up to center of State Street. Restaurants Bars Shops Wine Tasting-everything is there. Parking is 1.5 blocks away for $30 the entire stay-No need to drive

We are a couple on a get away-The bed should be sturdier and not bang against the wall. Our neighbors were disturbed and to them I apologize.

Great boutique hotel close to all the action of the funk zone and the beach. Clean, modern, stylish, comfortable and convenient. Steps from the train station.

A little noisy from the foot traffic outside and the restaurants.
