Parking to room is close! Hotel is centrally located.

i returned to the hotel past 11pm, and there was no more parking on the lot, had to park on the street.

Location, price, appearance, good size room, king size bed, good heater.

No chair in room, plug in bathroom not work for electric tooth brush or hair dryer, car park too small so had to park in street and pay meter at 8.00am next day, when arrived late in evening on one night which can understand because it was a Friday. Almost full on Saturday as well but got there a bit earlier. Office not staffed at 9.00am and could never contact directly to hotel by phone or email.

Great proximity to the Santa Cruz Warriors stadium. We walked there and it was easy. Convenient to have a parking lot in that location, which is surrounded by metered parking spots. The king-sized bed was VERY comfortable! (and I cannot say this about many hotels I've stayed in) Downtown was a short 2-minute drive away. It has a good sized refrigerator in the room which kept our food at the perfect temperature. We also had fun at the nearby bowling alley with karaoke. There is a wine tasting room just around the corner. Beautiful trees on the property and surrounding, if you like nature like I do. While the room was not fancy, it was a very good value for my needs and provided excellent quality of sleep.

good location with easy walking access to a few things to do. relatively quiet.

"front desk" only open a handful of hours a day

Booking.com over booked us and we almost didn't have a room. Luckily Marie was very nice and got us hooked up in a really nice room for the same price. I am scared to trust Booking.com now because people before us all were over booked. We were unable to reach anyone from Booking.ocm but luckily the hotel was really accommodating with us.

Close to the beach and to the boardwalk, I walked for maybe 5 min. Muy cerca a la playa caminé cómo 5 min y llegaba, la alberca me gustó pero no la usamos por el clima

not enough parking in the hotel for all rooms! Lobby is not open all days so I couldn’t do early check in, even do I send a message that never got answered, the bathroom had a weird smell, but it was clean

The first night we were in the wing across from the office, on the street side. Neither room had a working TV. Ellen offered to move us the next morning as soon as 2 rooms were cleaned. Great rooms. Great tvs. Then we asked if we could leave our cars in the lot while we went to the boardwalk before we left around 2. YES again. Much appreciated.

Great clean room comfortable bed. The pool was open even with the cold weather. Very close to the beach. Easy walk to the Santa Cruz wharf. Also close to some restaurants and bars that are open late if you're looking fort night life.

Didn't see a staff member once while staying there. The office was only open from 2-7 PM so if anything had gone wrong we would have had no help. I wish there had been a staff member available. Showers were small.

Location was perfect and it just had a cute dainty feel to it, my family loved it. Staff upgraded my room to the family suite due to a overbooking issue, they took care of the issue before i even arrived. The staff were super helpful and the whole stay was nothing short of amazing

Parking sucked but its such a busy area so understandable

They gave us a discount because they messed up our reservation. The staff was very courteous!

I booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms was not ready at check-in time. When I came back later, i was told there was NO rooms..!! But then reception was able to get one but it was all the way in the corner and they completely.forgot coffee. Also a couple of bottles of water would have been GREAT! And a phone IN the room. Also, the phone number never works!!!
