I have back problems so I usually sleep on the floor on a firm pad at any hotel or even friends house, anywhere besides my own bed. This bed was so comfortable and firm that I slept on it very well. Also the curtains were effective at blocking the light. It was quiet. The sheets weren't too synthetic/ scratchy. Everything was clean. It was a quick walk to the beach, boardwalk and downtown. I had read the reviews that the lighting was bad so I brought my own warm string lights. I do recommend bringing your own light source if you're fussy about light like I am. The pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful. The room was clean and had linoleum instead of carpet which I prefer. There was a mini fridge, mini freezer, and microwave all of which worked great. Our room was actually 2 bedrooms which I hadn't even realized it would be and was still very affordable. I'll be staying there again next time I'm in town

What we liked about the property was the comfortable bed, the lighting in the room was nice, and everything seemed to be updated  decor wise. It was super close to the boardwalk. Very affordable. the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were nice, and so was the cornhole hole and the putting green, and the staff was very pleasant.

 What we didn't like about the property was there was ketchup sauce on the baseboard, we came across some hair in certain places on the floor that wasn't ours, there was patch marks on the walls that weren't painted. The bathmat and the towels seemed a little wore out and not super clean looking, in the spare bedroom door didn't close completely.......... we stayed in room 101

The rooms were really big. We had a whole extra bedroom we weren't expecting. The room was definitely clean & spacious. The bed was comfortable. The cable worked fine. I think the wifi was good as well, but not totally sure. Bathroom was clean & adequate. The pool & hot tub were nice to have as well. Always nice after a long, busy day of travel. Was an easy walk to the boardwalk from there as well. The front desk guy was nice, but a little off putting. He was helpful, but slightly emotionless. He did let us park my car there while we walked to the boardwalk for brunch & I really appreciated that.

The lighting in the room really bugged me. It was that unnatural, white spot light, which rarely does any room any favors. Just makes it more difficult to get comfortable. Very imposing light. That was my only complaint, really.

The beds were new and fabulous. Our TVs did not work properly and the front desk came right away and set us up. It was fairly quiet. Very roomy, minimalist...no carpets. Great fridge. AK was super great and let us leave our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready for an early check in. All the staff was very friendly! Super Clean. Back room was very quiet. We had the two room suite.

Everything looked fairly new and updated, but the cleaning smells were strong when we entered. No lamps at all and no closet or rack in extra room and only a small rod for hanging things in the main room. Only had ceiling lighting throughout. Seems some punch list things need to be completed from the remodel.

Staff, including front desk staff, was very helpful. We stayed in a room that had an extra bedroom and it was quiet and worked well for a family. The pool was a huge plus for our young family, and the location, walking distance from the boardwalk, was incredible. Would definitely stay again.

The parking lot was very full past 8pm. This would be the main thing to keep in mind: Be prepared to park near the property on one of the side streets if you are out in the evening (we went midsummer, so may not even be an issue in the fall-spring).

The location was near enough to the boardwalk. The staff let us check in and park there even before the rooms were ready. They put us right near each other. Our children's two rooms were very roomy and great. Everything was clean in all rooms. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

My husband and my room was tiny. There was no tissue and no clock. The bathroom sink was so small that we had to bring what we needed, into the room a couple of items at a time. There was nowhere to put the soap in the shower so we either had to hold it in our hands during showers or put it on the floor. On the wall next to our bed there were burn marks on the wall and down to the floor. Probably should have been painted over.

The room was fairly newly remodeled. The location was great. The pool was warm and nice.

I hated checking in at the outdoor kiosk. It was cold and windy, and there was a guy at the front desk, and he just told me to go to the kiosk outside. Where I had to talk to a guy via video chat. I'd really rather be inside talking to a person in front of me. The parking in front of our room was all handicapped. So we had to park kind of a ways away from our room. The rooms are not very soundproof, so we could hear everyone on either side of us and above.

Very close to the boardwalk! The pool was heated and so warm and the hot tub was scorching hot! We had a great stay! This place has a lot of potential! The rooms are hardwood floor and updated, however it didn’t seam like they cleaned the floor very well. I wiped up juice my son spilled and the paper towel was black. The microwave was also dirty with food inside. I liked the separate bedroom with its own bed and TV. The kids liked feeling like they had their own room. I also liked how they weren’t able to jump from bed to bed! lol. We had a good stay!!

Like that the room was super clean and modern. The staff is great: very nice and polite. Super easy check-in and check-out Dealing with the lovely gent at the front desk or the attendant via video at the kiosk makes for a nice experience. The location is very good. It's a short walk to downtown or to the beach.

I wish the pool was outdoors. It would be nice to have actual glasses in the room rather than plastic cups. The snacks available were limited and no real healthy options.

The beds were comfortable, mattresses looked new. Plenty of clean towels, very nice for a 2 star hotel. Sufficient off street parking. We picked for great internet deal and for indoor jacuzzi and pool. The jets for jacuzzi have to be turned on by staff, but they did so without our asking. The minor items that make it 2 star seemed to be chipped paint, no door stop, so ding in wall from door handle, bedding not crisp like 3 star. (But definitely clean) Refrigerator had good-sized separate freezer to freeze lunch drinks and items and plenty of space. The floors were hardwood, which I prefer. If we got similar great non-weekend rate, we would book again on our next trip, even in winter.
