The property and the rooms were clean and well kept. the room was spacious and well equipped. There were several EV chargers available at reasonable prices. staff was friendly. There were no dogs on the premises. It was non-smoking. Breakfast was included. Overall happy with this property and we’ll stay here again.

Breakfast could use an upgrade: scrambled eggs and a breakfast meat and breakfast potatoes instead of one or the other, but more importantly put the toaster and waffles service counter where they won’t bottleneck the traffic while folks wait for them to cook. Also, give better directions on the use of the fridge—we didn’t realize turning it on to level 7 would freeze everything.

comfy bed, warm cosy room, excellent shower with good water pressure and nice toiletries. looked very clean. easy to get to from the highway, and if you come in odd ours there’s a Wendy’s for a quick bite across the parking lot. parking felt safe. breakfast adequate.

for one day stopover along the road trip nex to no complaints. we would have preferred a room on the upper floor as ground floor window overlooked parking i.e giant SUVs almost right up to the window. sink was stuck but we didn’t bother asking for help as we only stayed briefly, assume it would have been fixed if we asked.

EV Chargers were easy to use (Chargepoint) -- were never busy. Hotel is quite new, and facilities were quite clean. Didn't hear street or freeway noise (ours faced away from the main street).

Hard to believe that a hotel built these days would not have good internal sound insulation. We could hear the people above us tromping around at all hours, and people playing music in another room, talking loudly and even sneezing loudly.

I liked that it was clean and provided a cart to bring in luggage.

I didn't like that the Wendy's across the parking lot is open until 2am. We had to listen to loud cars in the parking lot at 1:00am on a Friday night when trying to sleep for our Family gathering on Saturday! I also didn't like that the guests above us STOMPED & STOMPED from one side of the room to the other and when we expressed this to the Front Desk, we were told that they checked out, which was a lie! They continued to STOMP during our 2nd day! Not happy about that! There should be Rules for guests vacating the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor to be considerate of guests below them. I'll probably book the other Hotels across the street which looked Peaceful.

Our room and the facility were very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast/coffee was satisfactory, but the kids loved it all….especially the waffles. Thank you.

The coffee was bitter and not great, but it served its purpose. I usually take advantage of decaf after my first large cup of regular coffee, but it was not an option. The lack of towel racks made reusing towels difficult.

the only compliant I have is the shower floor is DANGEROUSLY SLIPPERY!!! Even without soap, just running the water, I stepped in and whoa!!!! We had to put a towel down inside the shower for traction just to take a shower. We loved everything else about this place, but you need to address the shower floor or perhaps the cleaning products you use (making it slippery?), but the shower floor was still slippery after repeated showers. May be a future liability to the property!

New beautiful rooms, designed and equipped, parking is free, room is clean, hotel environment is quiet, basic and tasty breakfast, the hotel has a relatively small pool, spacious gym.

Noise problem from the floor above – Since the rooms have a wooden floor, whoever walks in the room on the floor above creates a noise that wakes you up at night, we asked to switch room and received no response (explained since we booked through Booking.com).

Very nice staff! I talked with at least 3 different people while staying and every one of them had a smile on their face and we’re very attentive and ready to help! I loved that! Breakfast was fresh, hot, and plenty of it! She refilled it often. The seating was great with different types of tables and seating. The room was very clean and spacious! Everywhere we went in this hotel was clean and very well maintained. I loved staying here!

I wish there was a spa or have the pool be a little warmer

The staff wa so helpful and friendly. We traveled with several young children and they were so patient and understanding. The suite was bigger than I had expected and everything was so clean and looked nice.

The breakfast was my only complaint. The only thing we found good was the bagels and cream cheese.

We used this as the second stop when driving down from San Francisco to LA. Great location, easy to find. The hotel was immaculate, the room was big and extremely clean. We used the pool which is small and clean but be aware that people can see in from the car park. Would recommend spending the day in Pismo Beach and then driving to the hotel in the evening rather than spending the day in Santa Maria.
