Check in was very quick and easy. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. I do always appreciate Kleenex in our rooms when we travel, it's a nice touch and many properties don't do this anymore - thank you! The breakfast downstairs looked great even though we didn't use, and it was also a very nice to offer sunscreen samples at the front desk - most visitors to the area don't realize how strong the sun can be!

We really don't have anything negative. We came in for a large concert and surprised that the hotel was as quiet as it was. A very pleasant stay, and we will absolutely return next time we're in the area.

The location is great it is between Denver and Estes Park, we were really going for the Rocky Mountain National Park but properties in Estes Park are much more expensive. The rooms are huge, well equipped, the hotel is modern and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was also spacious and everything was clean and new.

The staff was not really present in the morning they just slid the receipt under the door at 6 am instead of being at the front desk. There is breakfast but it was the usual really high carb cheap meal that is present in American motels ... waffles, some bread and cereal. It is true there was meat and eggs but they did not look appealing, I was expeting something nicer.

The breakfast had a wide variety of items. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, plus a variety of cereals, muffins, waffles, etc. It was clean and had enough room to get around. The lady was very nice. The room was a suite and very clean and nice. The bed was excellent!

The second day the hot items ran out before we arrived. They had started shutting down, but there was still other items available. They should not have started closing down prior to the closing time as some people left without breakfast.

Everything. Cleanliness, location to Boulder, Denver, and Estes Park. The complimentary breakfast (green chili gravy for the eggs...who else does that)? The staff were gracious and always available at the front desk. If you're in the Boulder/Denver area, this is the place to stay.

Only two restaurants nearby and one is fast food. Lots of choices closer to Boulder, which is a 10-minute drive. Not the hotels inconvenience, my inconvenience.

The staff, especially the housekeeping department and the ladies in charge of breakfast each morning. Some of the most friendly well-working together people I have ever seen. Extremely gracious and kind. Morning breakfast and quality of food... excellent.

I feel like the bed could have used a bit more of a mattress topper for comfort. The pricing in the entire area was far than I'm used to where I live. So, all things considered the price was reasonable and yet I wish it would have been a bit less. Lastly, the most important thing first thing in the morning is to have a good cup of coffee. The coffee pods provided in the rooms are weak. Coffee at breakfast was not particularly good tasting...even the "bold" option was not rich and flavorful.

Everything about this hotel was top notch and at a great value. The king size room also had a sofa, large screen TV with Xfinity remote, fridge, microwave and comfortable bedding. The air conditioner worked really well and the breakfast was also good and well stocked with warm food.

Really like the property at the price provided. Will try to stay here again on the return trip.

We liked the room, it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The hotel in general was quite good, it looked very new. The reception and breakfast staff were very friendly. Half way bewteen Denver and Boulder, and good parking, so convenient. Good value for money.

Breakfast is boring. Decent, but boring. The hotel is next to a main road, so not much to do around there (like in most hotels of this type).

This hotel is defined amazing! It looks like it's a new building, everything is so clean and comfortable and the staff are VERY friendly and kind. For breakfast they have a lot of options (toast, waffles, muffins, biscuits, eggs, yogurts, peanut butter, jelly, fruits and more). They also have a coffee machine available all the time and also water with lemons that was very refreshing for us coming back from our hikes. The room is very spacious with TV, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Totally worth it the price!

The staff is 100% awesome! The size of the room and the bed were excellent!! The refrigerator and microwave were very much appreciated!! I bring my own coffee and if there wasn't a microwave it wouldn't be so good!! Loved the tv channels available!!! Spent the evening watching show from the early to late 1970's very enjoyable to me!!

Some of the people staying there were pretty shady and noisy I seen 6 people going into a room made for 2 seems to be a lot of of people staying there who have no jobs and were always sitting out side being loud and stupid. When I checked in there were to guys sitting nect to each other in the lobby talking super loudly and cussing and being disrespectful I know if they pay you have to let them stay but why are there so many of these people in this hotel!! The hotel is very new and very nice but these people made me give a lower score. Seemed like a lot of these people are living there!!!

Clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfy. I liked that the rooms had microwaves and fridges. Solid breakfast with bacon, eggs and potatoes plus waffles and all the usuals. Staff were friendly and overall was a great place to stay for the night.

The only negative was the TV in the room. From one of the beds it was hard to see the TV. It was positioned so you could view it from bed or the couch but it could use a swivel arm so you can turn it towards the beds.
