Comfortable room w/ A/C. The owner/manager was very responsive - maybe even a little embarrassed - when we found only one bath towel and only one hand towel in our room. It was remedied STAT! Hearty continental breakfast, great shower water pressure, comfortable bed

I'd have benefited from a "comfort-height commode," but not likely even a thought for the typical guest who comes to the area for snow sports and has no problem with stairs (only) to 2nd floor rooms. We were accommodated with a ground floor room and appreciated the stair-free path from our car to our room.

So much room. Loved that the bath and kitchen appliances were in a separate room from beds. Closet was huge. Plenty of space to hang up motorcycle gear for it to dry.

Several of the outlets were worn, so we couldn't use them to charge phones and motorcycle helmets. The ones that were working were right in the path of the bathroom, and we were afraid we'd trip over the helmets in the middle of the night. Part of the outdoor sign with the name of the motel was not lit. It was dark and raining when we arrived and we were not sure if we were at correct property.

The room was really big and clean. We had everything we needed including a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dining table, and plenty of room to store gear. A family of four, or two couples, can easily split a room and have plenty of space. The locked cubbies were a nice bonus for those skiing or snowboarding multiple days. You really can't beat the location either. The Winter Park resort bus line picks up and drops off right in front of the motel. Restaurants and bars were really close by, too. We were able to walk to dinner each night. When I come back to Winter Park I'll definitely be staying here again. It's a little gem!

I like firm beds, but I didn't sleep well on these. Other than that, the stay was great!

I loved staying here. The owner is so helpful and nice. Rooms are really big, comfy and clean. We were there for over 10 days skiing with my little son. Shuttles everywhere are free. grocery store and pharmacy are far, be ready for that, if you don’t rent a car you need to take the shuttle. Breakfast is nice, loved the coffee!!! would stay again

WIFI was horrible, almost no internet ever. it would work for 5 mins and then off for hours. If you work “from home” pay for your hotspot at home before going or you will not be able to do anything on a computer or any other device that’s not your phone. If your kids use tablets and need internet share your hotspot with them.

Joe the proprietor was very friendly and made us and our toddler feel right at home. His property had everything we needed and was centrally located on the main strip downtown, so we could walk to everything easily. The room was quiet and larger than expected, given the very big closet and kitchenette area. Microwave and medium-size mini fridge was a plus. Room key also accessed private ski locker for reach room (downstairs). The fresh donut assortment in the morning with the small continental breakfast was a nice touch. The unique wooden hot tub on the back deck was the perfect temp and super fun to dip in after a day on the slopes. Thank you Joe; we'll be back!

- amazing location, right in downtown & 2 minute walk to fantastic restaurants & cute shops - breakfast included (consisted of OJ, 2 cereal options, muffins & yogurt) - HOW CLEAN IT WAS, bathroom & bedroom were spotless, + 4 pillows to a bed with clean sheets - *outdoor* hot tub access till midnight (did not use, but on a really cute back deck)

- the bed is hard, not a deal breaker at all, but for people with bad backs, just keep this in mind. still worth every penny tho!

Rooms were spacious, enough room for ski equipment and bags and then some. Loved how the toilet/shower was separate from the sink and the heated light was a bonus. Beds were good, pillows were nice. Great location. Breakfast was small but decent spread.

The sign for the property needs new lights- missed the entrance the first time at 9:30pm at night.

Everything ! ! Plenty of room , super clean , i loved the round barrel style hot tub . Close to slopes , the Bus line . Its the first hotel as you approach Winterpark . Im planning a return in '24 . All updated modern fixtures in this place.

Use caution, The hot water seemed a bit too hot out the faucet.

It is by the free bus stop. The owner is nice, friendly & helpful. Our room was a nice size and good layout - also given a ski locker & key in the hall to use & continental breakfast (no hot food - but good with pastries, yogurt…). Can walk to restaurants from it - no need to drive your car during the whole stay.

I missed my train leaving town and had to scramble to find somewhere to stay. It was a Sunday night and a young gentleman waited for me after I reserved online to ensure I could get my keys and get settled in. The location is fantastic - right across the street from a square with shopping, quite a few restaurants and a primary transit stop. There is wine shop right down the street and a health conscious grocery store less than a mile down the road that the free busses will get you to in a Jiff. I stayed 3 days and enjoyed conversing with the owner every morning. Cant beat the location and comfortable accommodation for the price.

Better cable, a smart tv or something. But there were so many options to eat and shop that I wasnt in my room much.
