Loved the location, close to Rocky Mountain National park, Steamboat springs, etc. Loved the kitchenette and cooking our meals. Bed was super comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Also liked the grill and view

Room could be bigger, but it's a vintage motel so I'm guessing it's because of that

the room was very cozy and warming and welcoming, clean and the beds were comfy, we had a small incident in the room the smoke detector was chirping and the desk clerk/owner came immediately and switched out the battery so it was pretty quick. Was quite please with our stay she even had fresh baked goods in the morning and gave me a bag of ice since no ice machines.

the bathroom was a bit small no room for incidentals such as tooth brush, any thing to use for face for morning routine. But overall it was nice and cozy.

Location was close to amenities. Quiet. Staff was super helpful and addressed questions immediately. Towels soft and absorbent and not overly fluffy, 100% cotton. Adorable kitchenette had granite countertop, convection stove, bar stools, and everything I needed. Bed was totally comfortable.

This is the third time I've stayed at this location, I've had the same room every time, which is a very small room but OK for one person. However I paid more for this room than any other location I stayed at during my trip. I realize that inflation has hit everyone, and it was on a Saturday night, but the price didn't fit the room.

While not fancy the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, loved the cookies and they answered all our questions.

The room was a little warm and being close to the road was a little noisy as we kept the window open. There is a lack of places to eat so we went into Granby.

Location, the owner is very nice and friendly. She had our room already opened and ready for us when we arrived.

We didn’t mind, but if you have never been on real hardwood floors, you might be wondering why the floor creaks when you walk. We found that super charming.

A reasonably priced, charming motel in a quiet location. A small town motel and the outside didn't look promising, so we weren't expecting much, but it was lovely. Very clean, super comfortable bed, friendly staff. The host had homemade cookies available when we arrived, and altho no breakfast, there was homemade muffins. Highly recommend!

Can''t think of a negative thing to say.

To our suprise we got an upgrade of the room. After five tent nights it was a very nice experience to enjoy an excellent bed with shower. The weather was rainy so we were happy to stay in this great location. Two thumbs up!

Everything was fine. No complaints.

The room was more than serviceable - and was clean and neat. We had everything we needed.

When we checked in there was no one on either side of our room. After we went to bed we heard people coming into one of the rooms next to us - talking, laughing, TV playing.

While it’s a decidedly modest little motel, whose sole attraction and ability to charge a Holiday Inn rate is its close proximity to RMNP, I had a comfortable stay there and would recommend the place to others.

It seems that the power to my charger went off during the night, and I had a blank iPad screen to show the RMNP ranger as my permit to enter. But she let me in.
