Don't let the age of the hotel deter you: it's very well taken care of and kept in very good condition. In fact, it's better than most more modern/newly built facilities we've visited. Location is very good: close to highway, but not close enough to be the noise issue, quiet and safe suburb. Facilities are kept in order and overall the room is quite spacious. Breakfast has many options and breakfast room is spacious and clean.

So quiet and clean, staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was good and hot, fresh coffee was always available even at 4:30am when we left on our last day. It snowed multiple times during our trip and the parking lot was cleared promptly and thoroughly. Good location with nearby gas and restaurants, close proximity to the highway, and a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountain foothills from our room. Great price even though we booked the day of. I’m always happy with my stays at The Hampton but I was very impressed with this one. Will definitely stay again!

Pillows could’ve been a bit fluffier.

Location was gorgeous; 15 minutes from Denver so nice quiet area right beside a shopping center with variety of restaurants within walking distance - close enough to be a quick, beautiful drive into the city!! Hotel was clean and amenities were great!!! Free Breakfast was AMAZING - omelets, cereal, waffle bar, sausage, pastries, juices:)))) In the evenings the hotel has a guest gathering with free refreshments, wine, and beer!!!! Staff was amazing:))))) Every staff member was so accommodating and nice!! Had car issues the day we were leaving had to put it in the shop which was in the adjacent parking lot and shared the same entrance road to the hotel - the shop had to keep the car until after lunch - the hotel let us use our room after checkout time until the car was ready with no extra fee!!!!!

Nothing - we really enjoyed it! Definitely could use some more pizza delivery options but not the hotel's fault. Positive note - McDonald's is on a delivery app and it is FASTTT!!

We were very impressed with everything….from the clean comfy rooms to the extremely friendly and helpful staff …we loved the fresh baked cookies every evening and the breakfast was great too! We were happy with our entire stay …

The Breakfast was good, but more options would improve the experience, such as ham for a breakfast meat choice, and perhaps grated cheese. Otherwise, the area was clean, and well laid out, and the staff *EXCELLENT.*

The only comfort factor might be a bed that is slightly raised at the head. 2" to 4" goes a long way to mitigate some acid reflux, which seems to be increasing the older I get. The average person would not notice an increase of 2"-3" at the head.

Everything was clean and inviting. The Manager's Reception was a real treat with the opportunity to mingle with other guests. The breakfast was fulfilling, having eggs and fruit, other then the usual carb heavy foods.

The staff was cold, although accommodating. Everyone could act as though they would invite going the distance at a moment's notice, not as if they are being interrupted or avoidant.

The pool area was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect

I liked how the suite was split into two rooms. I liked the fitness facility. I did like how I was able to open windows to let fresh air in when power went out. I liked the extra sink and the kitchen area and countertop. The manager did an excellent job with providing us with an anniversary package!! Thank you to her! I liked how close it was to Red Rock Music Venue Denver. I liked how I didn't have to park far away at most times. I liked how fast the elevators were. I liked how it had a pool, fitness center, and mini fridges! My most important features at a hotel. Was very clean. It was a very special trip that I hope to remember forever because I highly doubt I'll ever see her again. 😥

I didn't like how low the ceilings were in the public areas. The hotel I stayed at the nights prior was massive! 12' - 100' high ceilings! Not 8' like at this hotel. I was expecting my suite to be larger than what it was. Maybe because the bathroom splits it in half is why it felt smaller. I didn't like how the power went out for a couple of hours. Small indoor pool.

Nice included breakfast, friendly staff including the gentleman that ran the breakfast area.

A bit pricey but with the pandemic, I don't blame the hotels trying to make up ground on pricing.

Easy access to the freeway. Gentleman who worked the breakfast was such a hard worker. Really moving to make sure the space was stocked and clean.

Had some issues with the key card and our door. The one time we could use the pool it was closed for hours. We had issues with our tv service and was told to “wiggle the wires” rather than sending someone to fix it.
