Beautiful grounds, Tiki bar staff were awesome especially Anne Marie! Food amazing and check in easy

garbages overflowing in public areas, rollaway bed outside elevator for 3 days. our room was across from housekeeping door and door was tied open. Went down stairs by our room and exit blocked by plastic covering. No sign on door warning of this- dangerous! Lastly only microwave was 3 buildings away

This is our second time back to the plantation. The staff is always very friendly. The pool is very clean and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. When we asked for a water view we thought we would have a balcony but we did not. The next time we stay there we will ask for the first floor so that we can go out the sliding glass doors and have coffee in the morning

We were in the Rose building in room 267 and the door did not shut on its own. You had to pull it shut. One time we left and heard it close and didn't look back and when we got back to our room it was open so I very bad situation if anything would have been stolen out of our room but fortunately nothing was. But definitely that door needs to be fixed.

Good rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good service A plus +++ the dehumidifier in the room, Boat docking was good except the in and out in the ramp. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but it was good and a reasonable cost.

Stairs carpets were very dirty and doors to the hall way very hard to open. Bathtub in the room needed refinish, painting was falling off. The shower head in the bath tub should be a hand held type, it would help the older generation. Ramp for boat, with the boat club taking all the area close to the ramp is a nightmare, there is no place to park the boat while putting the trailer in or out.

Nice location. Easily available boat trips. The chef made us a special vegan dinner that was superb. We had to order in advance as they did not have any vegan options on the menu. They changed our room when we complained about a compressor over the room on the roof being very loud all night.

The breakfast buffet was terrible. No vegan options. My husband is lactose intolerant and everything had dairy or meat. We would very much prefer ordering from a varied menu for breakfast and also having room service.

We booked the trip to see manatees and boy we were not disappointed. We saw 3 right from our window. Also while walking around we saw several others and a mom and baby. We did the snorkeling and had several manatees come right up to us. We will definitely stay again and would also suggest this to anyone wanting a wonderful experience. We also had a wonderful time at the tiki bar and enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant. We give this great gem a 5 star rating.

Absolutely nothing.

I have stayed at this hotel previously. It was a perfect location for what we were there for...swimming with the Manatees! Most of the staff are really lovely. Emma on the front desk is exceptional. We had a problem with our room, Emma sorted everything out for us and moved us without any issue! She was really professional and so friendly, it makes such a difference to your stay!

The only thing really is that there isn't a good choice on the menu in the restaurant or at the Tikki bar for vegetarians!

Love the location and the tiki bar. Glad they have finally renovated the rooms. Gorgeous sunset. Saw lots of manatees.

No microwave in room. I thought I had booked a waterfront room, so that was a big disappointment when I found out it wasn’t. The grounds are sandy and every time we went in and out we tracked sand into uncarpeted room. Need mats/rugs at each door to keep floors from getting so dirty. A bit pricey!

The location was very convenient. It was very pretty from our room seeing the boats and all the water activity. Close to food choices, shopping and not too far to the beach. The property is very pretty and good for families that want activities on site for their children.

The pool was over crowded and in the time we were there we could not use those facilities. The hallways are tiled so the noise factor was really noticeable. There was no carpeting to buffer the sound.

I usually only pick hotels that have excellent reviews. This one had a few negative reviews, hence I debated quite a bit and booked it only due to the lack of other better options. I have to say it is a great place and I would go back. The property is very big and right on the water. Nice spacious room. Pool with bar open till late. Restaurant on site open for dinner and lunch. Nice staff. Tours and rentals on property. We stayed only one night, but it deserves a longer stay. So much to do in the area and at the hotel itself.
