1. It is very quiet - when I walked around or made any noise I was afraid I might disrupt other sleeping guests. Might want to try using a white noise sound machine in the upstairs and downstairs hallways to muffle sounds. 2. I was surprised the earliest breakfast is offered is 8:30. 3. The TV was too small and positioned in an awkward corner where you couldn’t lay on the bed and watch it.

Breakfasts were gourmet and absolutely delicious! The location was perfect. We walked to each of 4 restaurants for dinner. All 4 were within 2 blocks or less.

Nothing cold have been better other than some windy weather!!

The breakfasts were excellent....recipes we had encountered before which made for a nice change. The location for enjoying old town could not have been better.

Our room was a bit on the warm side and needed to adjust the hallway thermostat to get the room cool enough at night. Don't like doing that because not sure what it is doing to the other guests....

The breakfast was always fabulous and the hosts were happy to prepare your meal if you have dietary requests. The hosts were so friendly and extremely helpful in planning day trips and sight seeing. They provided beach chairs and beach towels as well as bicycles at no charge.

It was practically perfect! The hosts did their best to make you comfortable and meet your needs. Not to mention, the location was right in the heart of town

Lisa & Ron were amazing hosts/innkeepers even way before our official stay! They helped make my birthday weekend a memorable and relaxing one by providing restaurant suggestions and even booking reservations for us ahead of time. Every breakfast they provided was incredibly delicious and our room was comfortable with all the amenities you would enjoy at a luxury hotel! We particularly loved how conveniently located The Addison is. We were able to walk everywhere and if we chose to drive, anything we needed or wanted was no more than 5 minutes away. We're coming again!

Maybe a mini Keurig in the room would be nice, in case we'd like a late-night hot beverage and don't want to wake the rest of the guests by going to the main dining area where the Keurig is. But it's great to have easy access to a beverage area in the dining room :)

Addison on Amelia is perfectly nestled in a quiet block right off main downtown area. The property is well kept and the common areas were a delight to gather with other guests.

The proprietors were awesome. It was like you were at a friend's house (except nicer) and your friend kept refilling your glass of wine. The happy hour was nice and especially for me because I was traveling alone and was able to meet other guests and socialize. The breakfast was fabulous and the patio and pond and facilities were lovely.

Breakfast was exceptional; what you would expect at a B&B - gourmet. Ron and Lisa were wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable about the area and offered us great ideas on things to do. The property was so pretty and well kept. It had a great world charm. Would recommend this B&B over and over again.

Better lighting in our room. Next time we would ask for a queen size with a balcony facing the courtyard where we could sit and enjoy the view.

The Addison provides an atmosphere of charm and a comfortable mix of historic home with contemporary convenience. Breakfast on the veranda was sumptuous, and the conversation lively among people happy to be vacationing here.
