It's ok, a place to sleep

People noise, not really good people goes there

This hotel was in the perfect location for us, as we were visiting The Everglades (entrance was 20 minutes away) for two days. Check in was quick and easy. We were on the 2nd floor, in the back of the building. Room was clean and modern looking, and it looked as though some recent renovations had been done. We had 2 queen sized beds. There was also a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Really appreciated the eco-friendly lotion, shampoo and conditioner (no small disposable bottles). Hotel was quiet, air conditioner worked relatively well, but like most of these types of units, was somewhat loud. The free breakfast was sufficient for us: eggs, sausage, make-your-own-waffles, various breads/muffins/pastries, coffee/tea, orange and apple juice, three cold cereals, oatmeal, fresh bananas, yogurt. We found the breakfast area to be clean, and the food restocked as needed, and there was a covered outdoor area to eat as well. Check-out was easy, and Sam (at the desk) was exceptionally friendly and nice. Would recommend!

Our bed was sunken in the middle, so not very comfortable, because you couldn't help but roll to that spot. Upon looking at the other mattress in the room, it clearly had the same issue. Parking in the back (where our room was) seemed limited. Not a problem for us, as we are able-bodied, and could walk around from the front, but it could be an issue for those with mobility issues.

Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the outside seating. It was a good location for us to stay three nights and go to various nearby places in the Everglades and the keys. Rates were good. It was a good place to watch the Eagles beat the Chiefs.

The facility was rather old, room and bathroom were small. Bathroom needs updated.

Very clean Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was available, hot & cold food which was great. All kinds of cute sitting areas outdoors, the pool was clean & close to most rooms, bbq facilities available as well. Close to conscience stores & many restaurants. We went to Everglades for day & explored, saw alligators & many different beautiful bird varieties.

Dining room area was a bit small but you could definitely go outside as well to eat & it was covered area

Room was newly remodeled. SHOWER. Secure inside buiding room with video camera. Dennys and gas adjoining the parking lot. Staff responsive and caring. We had an room without humidifier. The room exchange was an upgrade to larger room. Breakfast was sausage, eggs, waffle maker, coffee on denand, juice and more.

The door for entry slams. Hear the fussy infant in room next door.

Very friendly staff, large and well-equipped rooms, comfortable and convenient, perfect for a few days in the Everglades or Florida Keys

Not a minus, but important to know that basically everything around is accessible only by car :)

Clean room, spacious, comfortable beds, best A/C system we ever had. Love the outside patio area with plenty of shaded tables. Within walking distance to several fast food restaurants, as well as Denny's.

Wish they had elevators as it took several trips up the stairs to unload our things. Water pressure was minimal in the shower.

The hotel is conveniently located. There are other restaurants nearby if the free breakfast offered by the hotel is not to your liking. The Outlets are nearby, only a short drive up the road. The Biscayne National Park is a short drive away with fantastic coastal trail. A longer trip out to Key Largo is feasible The room served its purpose - somewhere clean to sleep comfortably and shower. The pool was clean to swim in or or simply relax in the shade. There is ample parking for cars.

The locals telling us that this was a dangerous area to be in. We were never afraid and felt safe. There was no evidence of crime, drugs or guns.

Clean, professionally run, competent friendly staff who appeared to actually enjoy their work. I think somebody has taken this place over and is fixing it up, turning it around, renovating and making it better. Perfectly good place to stay overnight on the way through.

There's nothing wrong with this place but it's a little older; some things a little worn or a bit beat up. For example the water-saving shower head was excellent - so good that I noted the brand so I can put one in my own house - but since the diverter valve on the tub faucet leaked, all that "saved" water just went right down the drain.

i was charged 3 time for 1 night stay due to an apparent clitch in the office credit card machine, but was recredited within 3 days
