Great location for hotel at the bottom of Duval Street and close by to the Southernmost Point which is a bit of a tourist attraction in Key West. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Pool area is in the middle of the car park but secluded and nice.

Beware that there are no elevators to go to the 2nd floor so you have to carry suitcases up large staircase, if you have mobility issues please ask for ground floor apartment. Aircon units are situated under window when entering the room and can be noisy in the middle of the night when temperature gets too hot and it kicks in.

This is a lovely motel, with the entrance looking like a throwback to the 1950's, with real character. We booked and stayed for four nights. Although Key West is, as you might expect, is a very expensive area, the charges at this accommodation were very acceptable and reasonable. Our room on the upper floor was clean and well presented. Bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was very good, and shower was hot and powerful, first class! (after experiencing rather low pressure in a suberb of Miami) Location was good with downtown around 10 minutes away, but there is a free shuttle bus service called the Duval loop available from nearby. Large swimming pool in the center of the courtyard with loungers available. If I was to visit Key West again I would have absolutely no hesitation in booking this motel again. 😊

The provided breakfast could have been better. No cold cereals were available, only porridge, and no hot items such as eggs sausage bacon etc. The key cards to our room were temperamental, often it would take several attempts to get the door to unlock.

The continental breakfast should have had milk and at least hard boiled eggs. I know because of Covid hotels don’t want to have anything that can be contaminated but I believe milk and hard boiled eggs can be served

The hotel is clean, wonderfully located qmd the swimming pool is great. The parking was also very convenient. The receptionists were awesome and put us in a good mood every time we talked to them.

Location was good, close to the Southernmost Point, but quite a long walk to Mallory Square and Sunset Pier, but a pleasant walk, all the same, with lots of bars and shops along the way. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Having a free continental breakfast provided on the pool terrace every morning was a real bonus, as was the pool itself. Very welcome in the 30+ degrees heat, to be able to return to the pool in the afternoons! Very good that pool towels were provided for our use too. The staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming and we would definitely return to this motel again, if we ever visit Key West in the future.

Nothing really, everything was great. Slightly surprised at having to pay for parking at a motel, but maybe this is the norm in the US these days? It's been a good few years since we were last here.

Cute boutique hotel with wonderful staff! Easy to catch the duval loop, free bus transportation to get anywhere if you did not want to walk. It was hot so we used the bus with no issues! The room was big and comfy with a big walk in shower. Nina, the front desk rep. was so nice and helpful and bonus has a wonderful voice that we were so lucky to hear her sing!! Easy walk to plenty of places to eat and great little bar, the tipsy rooster across the street with the best pina colada! 5 min walk to the southern most point and bonus the hotel has a pool. Could not beat the price and would stay there again in a heart beat!!!

Location, clean, staff was excellent and very helpful, pool, breakfast by the pool.

Housekeeping. We were there 5 nights and housekeeping came at 4:30 to clean our room twice. However at that time we would be getting ready to go out for the evening. Once we told the lady we would be leaving in a few minutes and she could come back. We could tell she did but we had all of our towels laying in a pile in the floor and she never changed them out. Had to go get towels from them every time we needed them. They say they change the sheets every 3 days but that didn't happen either. Don't know if they ever made our bed or not. Very disappointed with housekeeping.

Breakfast at this hotel was a continental by the pool. Nothing fancy. Across the street there is a real breakfast. Rooms were nice, nothing fancy, but remodeled. Beds were good and no saggy, bouncy, or other Pillows were okay. Bathroom was clean and remodeled. Shower worked well. Towels were good quality. AC worked well. Front Desk was very friendly and helpful Food truck out front has a great Cuban Sandwich.

Pool was being redone so not open. Pay to park (cars) but that's typical. Limited scooter parking under the cover. A little noise from the 2nd floor walkway if you have noisy neighbors, but this was mild noise. On the South Eastern side of Key West, so you would want to have some scooter, bike or other to get around as there is not much on this end of the island.

The staff in the reception area was fantastic. Lee and Nona were awesome, treated us like they've known us forever. Location is far enough from Duvall to be peaceful but close enough to walk where ever we wanted. Room size was very comfortable for us.

Wifi is ok, tv signal went out several times. The breakfast could be a little better. Maybe some scrambled eggs? Cleanliness was good, but a little pesticide nearby couldn't hurt 😳. Our AC just couldn't keep up. Although the room was cool, it was not cold like the rooms of our friends that stayed there too.

Oops this goes below to didn’t like but recommends. For the hearing impaired or deaf visitors the captions on Tv should be set up with larger prints as I could barely read the captions from my bed . Had to sit in chair in front of TV . Have the cable provider test n check it out themselves to have it ready for deaf /hearing impaired . One don’t know til you test it. Thank you for the portable fire strobe alarm however should test it out before visitor comes and have an accessible room ready. At least one hand rail should be installed in all walk in shower. Need to hold on rail as one steps into walk in shower. Some cannot lift leg high and orevent slipping when wet. Thank you.
