We had a queen room with a balcony and pool view. You could also see the ocean from the balcony. The grounds were clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The shuttle to downtown was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend Hampton Inn Key West. Also loved the tiki bar.

The views are spectacular. The complex is quite sprawling, with buildings a maximum of 2 levels, giving a resort atmosphere. The pool area is very attractive. Key West is a small island, so everything is quite close. There is first class gastronomy near by. If you are a plane spotter, you can almost catch the jetliners by hand as they roar off the end of the runway. Air traffice more or less shuts down at night, so it is not a major noise issue.

Breakfast is pretty skimpy by world standards for a resort of this class. But then Americans don't seem to have much of a breakfast culture in general - it is a daily struggle for survival for a European. Certainly, pitiful compared to similar establishments in Israel, China or Greece.

We liked our room location overlooking both pool and ocean. Room was very clean. Amenities were great. My family enjoyed the breakfast. I’m gluten free so brought my own oatmeal. The shuttle was helpful. We forgot to use the coupons to some of the great restaurants we attended.

I liked everything. I didn't get to enjoy the pool but that was my doing. Really hot during our visit. Pool looked very nice with the fountain and offered free drinks for staying there. Great hotel. Would recommend to anyone. They could improve with having more luggage racks for carrying luggage to/from room. The assistant went and found one for us the night we arrived. We carried our things to the car the day we left. I just think they need more luggage racks for as many rooms that they service.

The included breakfast was great! It changed every day and offered a wide variety of food. The Cheeky Hut restaurant offered two free drinks per room, and also exceptional food and service. The concierge also did a great job of recommending things for us to do while we were in town. The rooms were very clean, and the accommodations such as the gym, microwave, and fridge in the room, large bathroom, balcony, and bikes onsite were excellent! You can also take a shuttle from the airport or into town daily if you are not wanting to take an Uber, which is included with the resort fee. Loved that there were no "added charges" as many hotels have these nowadays! Would absolutely stay again.

First impressions. FD is excellent and a lot are not these days. Naturally with how the labor supply is down here you might wait a bit for the room so a light heads up. You get 2 drinks a day so use them while you wait at the Tiki Bar The shuttle is ON POINT. That is a major bonus. It runs well and was never late. Room is clean, turndown wad immaculate, and their updated floors/bathroom are great. ***tip. Keep the bathroom closed. Just because yoy send the AC down to 60 means it's gonna get cold. Send it to 70 do its not overworking and close the bathroom door. Also of you use the balcony it will take some time for it to cool back down as well

The rooms was clean and recently renovated so room wise 10/10! I loved the waffle machine but please add some Nutella and cheese! The staff in the breakfast was very friendly and helpful as well as the concierge lady!

The front office team has a few communication issues. The overnight staff even if he was friendly he was taking a bit long (it was a busy night tho) and the morning agent was a bit rude and when I asked her some information about Key West she pretended that she didn’t know anything and couldn’t provide me with any information (the concierge lady saved the situation).

The property was beautiful. I liked that the hotel provided most of what we needed and what we were looking for as far as local adventures, such as the shuttle into town for the activities and to the airport. It’s rare that the entire staff is nice and professional at most businesses, but it was so pleasant to see smiling faces and staff who were willing to help fill every request without an attitude. They made us feel very welcomed and even acknowledged and entertained my 5yr old which warmed my heart even more. I will definitely be back and Hampton Inn will be my first search for a place to stay. Thank you to everyone.

The first day we came in I was surprised to see we were so close to the airport. I was disappointed especially once I heard and seen a plane fly over the hotel, but my disappointment went completely away after the first night. I didn’t hear any planes at night which was a blessing because I was able to easily rest up from our travels in and after each adventurous day.

The breakfast was different every day and better than a lot of free hotel breakfasts. The pool was very nice with a neat waterfall and live music for a few nights. The tiki bar was open and had great service. The shuttle was on schedule and the drivers were friendly. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

I was in a handicapped accessible room so the shower had a curtain instead of a door and water would run all over the bathroom when I took a shower if I didn't lay a towel down to baracade the water that came out of the shower.

We spent two nights there to visit Key West - as the hotel provides a regular shuttle service till about 10 p.m. it is no big deal to get to the city. This worked perfectly so we didn't use our car during the stay. The pool was nice, sometimes a bit noisy from air traffic. Breakfast was ok so far, the rooms are spacious and very clean.

As guests can only book the shuttle service for a fixed departure in town it happened twice, that returning to the hotel which goes in a first come first serve mode was very packed and some guests had to wait 45 minutes for the next shuttle.
