Loved the happy hour everyday, loved our pool side room, loved that we got a parking spot there too! (There only 6-8 spots)

I paid everything thru our booking site, including the resort fees and taxes, when I arrived, I was fortunate enough to get a parking spot there, so when I paid for it, they added on the resort fees and taxes AGAIN!! my phone tells me every transaction immediately, I showed them my receipt and they said they would take it off. I asked EVERY DAY that I was there, it never came off, and I'm STILL fighting with them after almost 2 months!!

Nice cozy and traditional. The patios and the courtyard with the pools and differente lounge areas/terraces made it also very intimate. A perk really nice and courteous is the complementary happy hour with wines and cheese and snacks ! The entrance and the breakfast area are neat with new finishes, I wish that was matched in the rooms. The facilities overall are a 8/10 if not a 9. The room was a bit rough around the edges, could have benefit from a refresh touch of the finishes (light switches-air conditioning dirty filters- cabinetry/doors- toilet lighting hardware etc). but for the use we made of the room it was good enough for the two nights stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming the cleaning lady as well together with all the entourage, also the manager was very nice and welcoming.

Some of the doors needed the key card to be swiped in for accessing but the main one to the road was broken/defected so it was almost always open same as the one accessing the break room.

Just really pretty and in a great location. Facilities were excellent, with 2 pools and a large hot tub. King room was actually a suite with fantastic space and comfortable bed. Very clean and spacious. Furniture was in great condition and made us feel very much at home. Breakfast was really good too. Overall the property was a delight to stay in. Loved the happy hour wine and cheese offered each afternoon.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy, but this is pretty normal for the type of property. The one thing that was a bit annoying was finding out that we needed to pay an extra 25 USD per day for parking. I think this should be made clear during the booking process. However, this charge was reasonable compared to other places in the area.

Hot water was temperamental

Location, Privacy, Quietness, Breakfast, Outside/In sitting/tables, Cleaniness, Happy Hour, Hot Tub, Warm Pool, Cold Pool, No Kids, No Pets (Awesome Iguanas) were welcoming. Other customers were Welcoming. Bicycle Rental was good too ($15/1D or $20/2D).

1.Housekeeping faces says it all. Yes they did Clean up Very Well but looked like they did not want to be there or us the customers either. 2.We had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. 3.Would of liked other Wines that are not from California & More seats for Happy Hour. 4.Weekend Prices.

This Inn was a great location!! Near everything. !! Use the city bus to go explore the area.. .great continential bfst. Waffles!!! Yum yum. . Staff was very helpful and kind!! Quiet. Great pools . It was nice to see the iguanas. Everyday at 5 pm. Happy hr they were pool side. Just watch the food they will steal it. Lol. . . We will come.back again!! Celebrated our 1st yr anniversary. They had a service that picked beautiful roses and choc covered strawberries for our anniversary additional cost.but happy with it.

This is a nice place with two lovely swimming pools. We had a balcony. which was lovely. The property is in the heart of Key West and conveniently located to all the excitement. I walked almost everywhere. They have a happy hour with some wine and packaged snacks that you can sneak back to your room. Overall, this place has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, is well maintained, and is well appointed.

The cold breakfast is OK but not great. The coffee machine is slow, and there was often a line during the breakfast.

The room and bathroom was small but clean. The balcony overlooking the pool was a nice surprise and made up for the size of the room. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Good location close to Duval St. staff was pleasant .

The parking situation was a little disappointing. My first time in 15 years that I had to pay for parking in key west . We stayed 4 nights and payed $25 a night for a designated parking spot and two nights we found another car in our spot and had to park on the street.

location was perfect close to delicious restaurants and the water the pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing it’s adults only breakfast daily balcony views the staff were nice

carpets in hallway and vinyl in room and were dirty shower barely worked, completely stopped at one point but wouldn’t turn off. had to stay on but not warm until a new handle was replaced the next day parking was overpriced for having to walk blocks away to park the floors felt very weak in some places the linens were stained

Nice pool area, pleasant breakfast and afternoon wine tasting for free. I enjoyed the location, located in a quieter area and yet at few steps from the public bus and a local beach.

I would suggest to provide city plans or bus plans for guests and have the receptionists give more information to non-American tourists. There are a few iguanas hanging out in the pool, they are not dangerous at all, but this might be an issue for some guests.
