Well decorated, and furnished. The room is very spacious, with double sinks for our group of 3. The bathroom is well laid out, and the Toto Deluxe toilet is amazing. Rain shower is great. There are lots of closet and counter space. The property is a boutique hotel, tucked behind Collins Ave in a quiet block, yet within 8 mins walking distance to the beach and Lincoln Road shopping. Great location !

The bathroom mirror vanity is not well lit with daylight setting for makeup. It needs brighter lighting option. The mini fridge was not turned on in the room, and we're not told that we have to turn on the digital power button. Rooftop pool is not big at all, not sure if it should even be called a pool. It was chilly during my stay in Feb, but the 'pool' was not heated. Since the pool is not great, we're ok with it bc KASKADES guests have access to rooftop pool at Gale Hotel across the street, and beach club access at Sagamore Hotel on Collins Ave.

We stayed here for a short summer vacation with my family. The location is wonderful, just a 4-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to restaurants and shops. The commute from the airport to the hotel is very easy—you don't need a taxi or ride services. Simply hop on a bus and get off at the bus stop one block away from the hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plus, we loved the electric bidet toilet, which is an amazing feature if you’re particular about that!

Location is very good! Hotel is modern and clean. Room is comfortable and quiet. Everything worked well.

Expensive parking, one day 45$. But there is public parking 5 minutes from the hotel and it only costs $20.

I can't complain ....everything in the room and the features I enjoyed!

I loved how close this hotel was to everything I needed, I love how comfortable my room and bed was. The staff was very warm and inviting which is always great! The service was top tier the best I've received even house keeping was really nice! I liked how intimate and quiet this spot was from all the noise of the strip, I had the pool and lounge areas all to myself which was so relaxing!

I didn't like how the website advertised breakfast, a rooftop pool and bar however there was none of that. I actually booked this hotel because the pool was so nice in the pictures but the pool isn't actually a pool to swim in, It's nice for views and maybe pictures, there wasn't any breakfast or restaurant on site, the pool bar was closed and there was construction happening next door that they would start early in the morning which is annoying.

The hotel was in a great location. It was across the street from the concert venue we were going to and very close to all of the restaurants and shops. The balcony was beautiful on the first floor and was a rather large area as we were on the corner. The view was great and the outside balcony was set up nicely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The bathroom was very nice and the marble and high end fixtures and toilet were a bonus.

I felt that there were a few things that could have been improved upon. The walkway to our room on the first floor had some wrappers that were not picked up. The room was nice but the vanity mirror had a square right in the middle of it that was super dark almost like a piece was cut out or something and it made it hard to get ready, the makeup mirror has also seen better days. The room was also very, very hot even though we had the A/C down to 67 degrees. When we went to bed the room was 77 degrees and when we woke up it was 79 degrees and we were sweating.

Comfy beds. Fridge. Balcony. Quiet. Large space to spread out. Large closet.

No regular coffee for coffeemaker available. Toilet and shower sections were glass so awkward for two friends traveling together. If I was brushing my teeth, I could see inside the shower enclosure so we had to plan our morning routine. The glass door to the toilet did not close tightly so you could hear everything. I was traveling with an old friend and neither of us are shy, but I could see how it might be awkward for some people.

We love the location and the interior of the bedroom. The bathroom is a luxury and the bed is super comfortable. There is a construction going next to the building that might be causing some noises, but other than that, the hotel is a great place to spend the nights in Miami beach. The location is perfect, close to the beach but not as crowded as the other ones along collins avenue, and it is only a block away from the lincoln center shopping strip and the convention center. Amazing stay, great experience. Room is clean and having a balcony is great to feel the beautiful weather.

room and bathroom were are lovely, but slightly older with a little wear and tear though very clean.

coffee machine in room didn’t work and the only coffee provided was decaf. rooftop jacuzzi was cool bath water at best with no working jets

Lovely hotel, well placed for the beach and the Convention centre. The bathrooms are particularly nice, with deep baths and huge walk in showers. Free snacks and drinks was a nice touch.

My fridge wasn't working. I told this to the manager but it wasn't fixed. I mentioned it again to front desk upon check out, so I hope it was repaired for the next customer.
