They are are extremely polite (even more so the most rude guests) Anytime you need information or help they are there to help. Very knowledgeable of local attractions. If you treat the staff nicely, they will reciprocate x 3 😁👍🏽

Wheelchair access is via a side gate around the corner from the main hotel entry. You will need to ask the staff to open this door when you leave, and then phone the front desk when you return so they can come and unlock the gates for wheelchair users. The staff are always happy to help :) Right on the doorstep to Lincoln Ave with endless restaurants and bars :)

A spacious, comfortable and quiet room to return to on a busy-schedule business trip and close enough to the beach to take a stroll for an ocean swim morning and evening. Also, with a wide range offered and the staff's preparedness to modify to suit, I'd highly recommend opting in for breakfast :)

WiFi was patchy in the room meaning for my preparatory day where I needed consistent connectivity, I needed to work in the lobby. Also, the last day when, with my outbound flight not until the evening I asked if I could extend to have use of the room during the day to keep out of the sun and heat, there must have been a miscommunication because I was told it wasn't an option, yet I later found (looking it up on booking.com and asking when I returned for my luggage) that there was availability and that I could have.

Hotel dated, needs renovation Upgraded to Penthouse. At night however there is a constant hum/vibration from air-conditioning units and extractors on hotel roof. No glass/ tumbler available in room.

A day before arrival I decided to read the reviews again. And to be honest... I was considering cancellation. But I was so glad that we didn't. The lobby is wonderful and the staff was really nice. We booked a king deluxe room but it got upgraded to a penthouse free of charge. The room was absolutely beautiful. The furniture might look a little late 00's but they were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and Modern. Nothing to complain about! We tried breakfast once. It was just fine and reasonably priced. The training facilities are just enough. But the room is not big enough for more than 2 people. I was able to do a decent workout though. The hotel offers free beach towels and a discount on sunbeds. Just a 5 minute walk to Miami beach! And to finish, the location is perfect for every highlight in Miami beach. All within walking distance!

The pool is currently being renovated and closed. But I'm sure it will be beautiful when it's finished!

The Albion is so beautiful and at an absolutely prime location in the city! Everything I wanted to see was an easy walk from the hotel and I had plenty of time to enjoy the sights without worrying about the commute! The room was comfy and clean and well exceeded my expectations for an older hotel. You can tell that the building isn't the newest but that does little to detract from the comfort or ambiance. The staff were absolute sweethearts and they made the whole trip easy and convenient with their restaurant recommendations, information about parking, and they even helped me get an emergency package during my stay. Each and every one of the front desk people were utter delights.

The only trouble we had was with the TV and mini fridge, and even then it was only a small inconvenience. The TV has a bit of a wonky startup and you have to play with the remote. I'm not sure if ours just wasn't plugged in, but the mini fridge may have been broken which, yes not a necessity, but it did cost us some leftover watermelon.

We had an amazing stay at the Albion Hotel! We felt that for a 3-star hotel, all aspects were very good. For one part, the location is pretty nice in the heart of miami beach, with a 5 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to ocean drive. What made us really happy was that the hotel gave us a nice room at a high floor, given that we asked for it in advance as we spent our 1st year anniversary here. In general the front desk was very kind, especially Giradino! Also the rooms were pretty clean and had a nice maritime look. Of course not much luxury, but for this price category completely fine! Lastly, I really like how the hotel handled the pool situation. During our stay, the pool was closed due to maintenance work. However, we got more than compensated by receiving vouchers for the otherwise expensive chairs and umbrellas at the beach! All in all, a great stay. Thank you very much and keep going! Definitely a recommendation.

The location is amazing. Beds are comfortable. Bell boys are extremely customer service oriented.

The reception lady was very unhelpful and rude. We had many packages delivered which in the many times that we have stayed at Albion was never an issue and were never charged. This time we were charged $100 for packages. We stay at this hotel for this precise reason that they always received our packages. We tolerated the run down aspect of the hotel because if this. After our final stay we will no longer stay or recommend this hotel. Shame they aren’t more customer service oriented.

The staff were very friendly and very welcoming The hotel is just a few mins from the beach. There is a Citi bike stand next to the hotel and it's so convenient for transportation. I felt the stay was good. Yes the pool is out however it was mentioned numerous times pool was not available abd there is bit of construction going on.

I read in one of the reviews here that it's safe for all your belongings in the room and someone mentioned that they had money ( loose changes ) in the room. Reading the review, my guard was down and left money in the room as well. On the 3rd day, all those loose changes were gone during the cleaning process. It was only a small amount ( less than 10 dollar). I didn't appreciate that However it was only minimal money Positive outweighs the negative and overall I had a good experience

The room was very confortable. The breakfast was allright. Great location. Just near the beach and to a lot of good stores just as CVS and Wallgreens (usefull places to a traveler). Near public transportaton. The hotel provides towels to go to the beach.

Could have a better bar or restaurant. Could have more amenities as well. Don't let guests to bring food from outside, but don't offer a good food service or a nice restaurant. The pool was on remodeling, but seems to be allright and a cool place to spend some time in the summer.
