Absolutely loved my stay here. It’s surely not a luxery resort, but rooms are stylish, newly renovated and clean. The rooms are fairly big, offer a built in closet, a fridge, a TV and a bathroom with a shower tub. I stayed in this hotel twice and while my first room was a bit dark and facing the parking garage, my second room was overlooking the pool area and a lot brighter than the first room. Luckily both rooms had curtains to cover the windows during the night/ early mornings. They also offer a washer and dryer, which can be used by the guests between 5-10pm. The shared kitchen was always clean, offered an outdoor stove and a seating area, while overlooking the pool. All basic appliances were already there. Nice extra: door codes instead of a key (card) and city parking garage just around the corner

The walls are quite thin, the hallway remembers more of an old motel and the windows can not be opened. While it was nice to have such a big pool, the pool area and the pool itself could have been a bit tidier. My room on the ground floor did not have a seperate door lock, unlike my second room. Nothing major, just something I would have appreciated as a solo traveler. They do have a security guard though :)

Pool and Location.

The air conditioner was way too cold and there was no option on how to lower down its flow or at least turn it off. None was at the front desk to assist and my colleague who was spending the night in another room got flu. At the reception on Friday, I was asked about my stay and I politely explained what happened with AC, well they could not accept my feedback and explained sometimes people like colder rooms and sometimes not. Well, I don't understand why someone asks you about feedback when is not ready to receive a bad one. On the other side, this issue could be easily solved by installing a manual control on the AC system inlets, so you can either allow air to come into the room or not. Keep asking why they do not install some of those.??? :(

The quite garden and poolarea. Appreciated that there was no loud music or noise. Can imagine that for people who like to cook themselves, they appreciated the kitchen, but for someone who would have appreciated a café or snack shop, this was missing. Room was clean and bathroom without problems. Owner/staff were very helpful and replied to questions.

The loud aircon and the loud fridge in the room. Would be nice if it had been made clearer in the booking that cleaning is not included in the price, so there was no housekeeping unless you pay extra for it.

The hotel is everything you need at a very good price. The staff is exceptional, always willing to help you with whatever you need, the employees are open and operative. Jorge and another guy at the reception (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) made sure we had everything we needed every day and gave us very good information about everything we asked. The rooms are so comfortable and very clean. The hotel is located in a central area for South Miami Beach, the area is safe and with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart and for sure when I return, I will make the same choice.

You seriously can not beat the location. It's within walking distance of everything and more. The best part was grabbing a coffee at 7 am, walking for less than five minutes, enjoying the coffee on the beach, and taking an early morning soak. The beds were pretty comfortable but the pillows were comically pathetic. I did have to use earplugs (which they provided) because at night it is loud! Other people staying are there for the hostel part and party until 3 am without acknowledging anyone else in the hotel. So slightly lame but then again it's a hostel and it's Miami, everyone should be having fun. I put the earplugs in and was set. I didn't like that the kitchen was closed until 8 am because I usually get up at 530 or 6 am, but I am just an early morning person. I am so grateful they had a kitchen, they could use some nicer pots and utensils but the two outdoor gas stoves next to the pool were great! Plus two coffee machines and a decent-sized microwave. We did get attacked by mosquitoes when we would cook at night surprisingly only in the kitchen, not outside. All in all, I would go back and stay here every time as long as it's just me or adults I would never take my kids here it's not a kid-friendly place in my opinion, just because of the late-night partying of younger adults. The staff was amazing and incredibly polite and helpful.

Just how loud it gets at night, but its completely understandable at the same time. It would have been nice to use the kitchen before 8 am, as we are early risers and had some excursions that we had to get to long before 8 am.

It was a little gem. Great location walking distance to the beach and several stores and restaurants. The room was Super clean and cute. The bed was so comfy. They had a shared kitchen in the pool area where you could cook your own food and eat outside by the pool.

I had a first floor room and the people over me had heavy feet on the floor but it didn't stop me from getting rest.

The location is really good, very central. The room was comfortable and cozy. Good facilities, frigobar. You don't need keys, they give you the codes via email, there's staff only during a certain period of the day. Very good swimming pool. The room was quiet, no noise at all.

It was impossible to adjust the temperature from the central system, or even turn off the really cold air that came in. There were no blankets to cope with this situation.

- Perfect location! 5 min walk to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road - Big room with walk in wardrobe, nice bathroom with amenities, fridge - Super comfy bed, slept like a baby - Big pool with free loungers - Friendly cat - Free luggage storage

- Weak shower - Thin walls - could hear people talking, and walking around in the room above - Kitchen only had one cup and not many plates or cutlery

Friendly staff! Great location! Great value! Not actually a typical hotel.

The property is listed as a hotel, but it’s actually a combined hotel & hostel… so a bit of a different feel and that’s the price you see- it makes sense for a hotel/hostel. Beach chairs were advertised but not actually available.
